A detached self contained unit 1 bedroom with king bed . A sofa bed is available for a 3rd guest on request $30 per night. Linen provided. It has a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, air con throughout, ceiling fans, smart tv. 400 metres walk to beach, and a short walk to supermarket, cafes and mount coolum national park. Take in the fantastic mountain view from your private balcony after a morning at the beach. The local airport is 15mins drive away and bus stop is a short flat walk.

Luxe coastal studio apartment across from the beach, perfect for a romantic getaway. Open plan modern minimalism with a king bed overlooking swimmers and surfers, expansive 180 degree ocean and forest views to Noosa, Coolum and the bays. Enjoy a short coastal walk to cafe's & restaurants and the closest access point to a hidden beach & natural reserve trail. Walk the wooden boardwalk lined with pandanus, relax at Point Perry to view whales or turtles or stroll down the stone stairs to bays.

The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Situated just three streets away from Coolum’s Main beach, which is dog friendly and patrolled by lifesavers, ensures that you can safely dip in the ocean or revel in the surf. You will not need a vehicle to enjoy your stay here in the heart of central Coolum !

Relax just metres from the beach in a bespoke, architectural house designed for relaxation, comfort and fun. Fully equipped with all luxury modern conveniences, and with the whole family in mind, you can relax by the pool, by the fire pit, in our outdoor bath, observatory deck, or slide down the double corkscrew slide, or simply enjoy the beach views from the deck. Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

The cottage is a completely separate, stand-alone original beach shack. This 70s original shack has been converted into a tiny home with new and recycled materials to ensure you feel all the beach vibes and have a comfy stay.
