I booked the place for my parents who came and stayed for a week to be close to us. They loved it, and my family came to visit; it was perfect. They enjoyed the spacious layout and the beautiful surroundings. The hosts were great to communicate with, always responsive and helpful. The location was ideal, making it easy for us to spend quality time together. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming stay

Two night stay with my husband and baby. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Lots of thoughtful additions like toys for bub, lots of cooking utensils, dvds etc. Helen was accommodating and very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Thanks for a wonderful stay! The house has easy walking access to the beach and some great cafes and dining spots within the suburb! The hosts were quick to respond to our queries and provided a lot of basic provisions to help create a comfortable stay. The house was way better than we imagined! It was so much bigger and more beautiful than the pictures. It was quite hot on our first day without air conditioning and little breeze. The place could benefit from air con being installed. However, once the breeze was coming from the right direction (and with the fans provided) we were all fine. We will be back for another visit for sure!

Our stay at this stylish boutique air BnB in Yamba was nothing short of magical. It has stunning views of the ocean and the balcony was the perfect spot for our morning coffee and to watch whales go by, offering a truly unforgettable experience. The interior is beautifully decorated, with a cozy gas fireplace adding a touch of warmth to our winter evenings. The stunning design made us feel like we had been transported back to a charming villa in Italy. The location was perfect. We enjoyed walks along the beach and exploring the picturesque surroundings on our bikes. The host's recommendations for local dining spots were spot on. We cannot recommend this beautiful air BnB enough and hope to return one day 🐬🔱💙

After more than 100 AirBnB stays in 14 years, this might be my favorite. It is right across the street from one of Australia's best longboard point breaks. The great deck has ocean and sunset views. But what made this one outstanding were the amenities. It's the little thoughtful touches that make an AirBnB feel like home. Like a legit espresso machine with espresso cups AND a knock box so you can empty the grounds from the filter holder, nobody has that in an Airbnb. And beach towels with plenty of racks to hang them to dry. The surfboard storage had artificial grass, so you don't ding your boards. There were books and board games. There was also plenty of room for everyone to sit on the deck and relax or eat, with comfy cushions for the furniture. The hosts even offered to let us arrive early and leave a bit later without us having to ask, which made our trip less stressful. The ratings are real. This place is a delight, and we will be back - for longer next time.

We loved our stay here - it was the perfect place for our multi-generational stay in Yamba! It was great to have plenty of spaces for everyone to sit, eat and relax and enjoy the beautiful views across the river. Check in was seamless (the communication from the host prior to our arrival was excellent in this regard) and we loved that there was secure parking for two vehicles. We would heartily recommend this property to others!

Debb and Jeff’s Airbnb is hands down the best we’ve stayed at in years of traveling! The place is spotless, incredibly well-equipped, and filled with thoughtful touches. They even provided food essentials like rice, homemade peanut butter, crackers, and a delicious homemade hummus with bread. The bed is unbelievably comfortable, and everything feels carefully designed for a perfect stay. But what truly sets this place apart is the kindness of the hosts. When bad weather hit, they generously offered us an extra night free of charge, not wanting us to take the road in our van under unsafe conditions. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—it’s an exceptional experience! Thank you so much, we are so grateful!

Jenny's place is large and roomy with a separate bedroom and lots of comfortable furniture. The rooms are tastefully decorated with ceiling fans and air conditioning. Parking was right out the front of the unit and access was easy.

really good place to stay, clean and comfortable. only thing was parking cause there were bigger cars in the car spots before ours so we couldn't get into our spot, but I would definitely stay there again. staff were also really friendly and helpful

Way better then any hotel room! The house has so much character with all the colour, the personalised design and lots of art on the walls. It is very spacious and I loved waking up with the view on the lake. I loved spending my afternoons on the patio in the hammock watching pelicans. Tony is a very friendly host. You can make great hikes in the area and we went on a kayak tour. There is enough in the kitchen to cook with or eat out in the area. It’s definitely a rare found so if it’s available don’t hesitate, it’s very special!

The ocean apartment was spacious and comfortable and very close to the town centre of Yamba. With 3 decks to chose from to enjoy views of the ocean, pretty sunsets and to be visited by rosellas and lorikeets. The bed was super comfy and the facilities ( spa, laundry etc) are excellent. Really impressed also with the recycling systems in place. Communication also friendly and timely. Highly recommend.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants etc. Beach right across the street.

We really enjoyed our stay. It's an easy stroll to town and we enjoyed relaxing in the spa in the evening. There's a good sized fridge, stove top and microwave if you feel like eating in. You can hear that people are above you but we did not find it particularly loud or disturbing. If you are worried about this you could book one of the upstairs places for a small amount more.
