Steal of a place considering how many people it can host and there's so much to do with the sauna, jacuzzi and projector. Hopefully you get to see Fuji-san 🗻

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay in a very beautiful house. It's a great location, close to the sea. It was very helpful that they politely informed me about the parking lot. I'd love to visit again if I get the chance. Thank you!

KAMANAKAI HOUSE, connected inside a two-family home, enjoy local Shonan!

Jia (Selena)Rating, 5 stars1 week ago
Miyake is the definition of hospitality. From the moment we arrived in Fujisawa she personally picked us up from the station and took the time to show us the ins and outs of her home. On a daily basis she helped us with our laundry and trash, and whenever she was available she would offer us rides to and from the nearby train stations. Since I'm traveling with elderly parents this was highly appreciated and made our trip a lot easier to manage. The house feels very cozy and it was lovely to laze around on the back patio, in the living room, in the bedrooms with the windows facing the bamboo trees outside. Location-wise it's a convenient Enoden train ride away to the major attractions in Kamakura. About a 4 minute walk away there's a nice grocery store open late until midnight. Overall Miyake really helped to make her house feel like our home, and for that I'm greatly appreciative. Highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy their time in Kamakura.

Wonderful place. Very cleanse and updated. Even had heaters in the room as very cold. We would stay there again. Only niggle was requesting for a later check out by one hour but we understand it could not be done. Thank you for a great stay!

What a magical place in Okutama. We stayed here for a few nights before hiking to Kumutori mountain and had the best time. Everything felt like home and to be honest we would love to come back for longer for this peaceful house in such a great setting. Special thanks to the host for many special details that made our stay a bit more comfortable. This is a perfect place to stay, I recommend to anyone who wants to hike around and intake the surrounding nature.
A dining area is featured with a round wooden table surrounded by four classic wooden chairs. A kitchen counter is visible in the background, adorned with kitchenware and appliances. Natural light enters through the large window, illuminating the space with warm tones.

Cottage Atami Momoyama Town [Opening March 10, Opening Sale until June] 7-minute walk from Atami Station, Views, BBQ, MOA Art Museum within walking distance

RachelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My husband and I stayed in the cottage for 12 nights. It is in Momoyama-cho, above Atami station. It has a panoramic view of Atami. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk uphill to reach the cottage. Taxi drivers are happy to take us uphill at a reasonable price (about 700 yen). There are also quite a few commercial parking lots nearby. The cottage has two floors. The master bedroom is on the ground floor, with clean, comfortable bed linen and plenty of natural light. The living- dining area is on the first floor, also with plenty of natural light. The decor is elegant. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The host is friendly. On a clear, sunny day, sitting on the balcony, sipping tea is a most relaxing experience. We recommend visiting local attractions like Kinomiya Shrine. Restaurant and cafe wise, we recommend REFS Atami and Bakery & Table. All in walking distance from the cottage. Overall, highly recommended!

Sauna,BBQ,Man-made Onsen! Modern House in Nature

将英Rating, 5 stars2 months ago
It was a spacious, clean and comfortable guest house. From the veranda, you can see the mountains, and I think you can spend a vacation while feeling the nature. However, if you have a barbecue, there is no supermarket nearby, and the butcher at Hakone Yumoto Station closes at 14: 00, so I think you need to prepare enough in advance.
