This is a single-building, private rental property located at 144-2 Shioda, Yaita City, Tochigi Prefecture, limited to one group per day. This spacious 24.5-tatami-mat Japanese-style room can accommodate up to 10 people and is perfect for trips with close friends. There is a cafe in the same building, and you can use the cafe during your stay. Please use the cafe space as a living room after business hours. Due to guidance from the public health center, the kitchen in the café area is not available for use; please use only the lounge in the café area. Instead, we provide cooking utensils such as a hot plate and dishes. The quiet and open space is perfect for large groups.The spacious Japanese-style room allows everyone to relax together and spend time with a sense of unity. We also provide a bathroom with a shower. There is also an overhead shower, so you can enjoy a feeling of being overseas. We also provide a range of amenities, so as long as you bring a change of clothes, you can enjoy a hassle-free stay. Close to Tobu Shim-Imaichi Station, you might even hear the steam whistle of the Taiki if you're lucky in the evening. 8-tatami Japanese-style room (bamboo room), 6-tatami Japanese-style room (temple style), 8-tatami living room (retro style) IH kitchen, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, fridge, washing machine, gas dryer, etc. are fully equipped, so you can use this place as a base for sightseeing in Nikko, Kinugawa, Ashio, and Kuriyama. There is also a parking lot, making it ideal for touring with fellow bikers. Breakfast is a free loaf of freshly baked bread (home bakery). Mountain Biking, Calligraphy, Games, BBQ (The usage fee for charcoal is 2,000 yen per use. Dishes are available for rent, so please prepare your ingredients at a nearby supermarket.) Advance reservation is required. In the evening, I also run a tavern next door, so you can enjoy delicious food and drinks.
