Vacation rentals in Xinyi District

Communication from the host was great. The apartment was easy to find and matched the pictures well. We knew exactly what to expect and were very happy! We would stay here again.

We were a family of four visiting from the US. The apartment was comfortable and very convenient. Although Taipei 101 looks like it is tucked in a corner of the sprawl of Taipei, there is a lot going on in the neighborhood, both glitzy and more local in flavor. Ryan’s place is three minutes from the Taipei 101 MRT station and across the busy boulevard from the 101 Tower, yet because there is a large building between the street and the apartment, the apartment was quiet throughout the day. Note that the halls and common spaces are very much to traditional Taiwan standards of condition; the apartment itself is very clean. We removed our shoes at the door and were very comfortable in the apartment. We were in Taiwan in December so we used the heat on occasion. We were able to keep the temperature comfortable throughout the night without an issue. Beds are firm as usual for Asia.

The house is new, spacious, clean and bright, with children's toys and cribs, etc., and fully equipped, suitable for families, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and toilets (one with a bathtub).The location is also very accessible, and it is very convenient to go there. There are many small restaurants and milk tea shops downstairs on the left corner of the street. We look for food here every day before we start our trip. Turn left at the entrance of the building for 8-10 minutes to Linjiang Night Market, and turn right for about 6 minutes to 101/World Trade MRT Station. The house can see 101.We arrived at dawn due to flight delay on the day of check-in, Shih-Yun waited patiently for us, and also warmly introduced the facilities in the house and the environment around the house, responded quickly to problems, quality listing, will stay again next time I come to Taipei

We had a great stay at Bob’s place. It was comfy and clean, and had every stuffs there. Location is good as near bus stops and other sights. Yan was very helpful too with the pickup from airport and checkin. Actually the space is considered small and there’s not much natural air flowing in out, relying on the air-conditioning most of the time. This place is recommended if you don’t mind the space and the walking 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Leo's place is indeed a home away from home. It's old yet homey! Very clean, no smell. Spacious and minimalist, yet the basics that are needed for a comfortable stay is provided. The best part is it's walking distance, the brown line MRT station (Linguang) about 5 minute-walk only. And 7-11 is just 2 minute-walk away! Leo the host, even went an extra mile by helping us with our luggage (we were not expecting it). He is such a super amazing host. We will not hesitate to stay here again when we come back! Our stay in Taiwan was hassle free and 1 factor was our accommodation. The host was responsive, provided us with everything we need. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The place was a walking distance to the station and establishments. Really lucky to find this gem.
