Vacation rentals in Xinyi District

We were a family of four visiting from the US. The apartment was comfortable and very convenient. Although Taipei 101 looks like it is tucked in a corner of the sprawl of Taipei, there is a lot going on in the neighborhood, both glitzy and more local in flavor. Ryan’s place is three minutes from the Taipei 101 MRT station and across the busy boulevard from the 101 Tower, yet because there is a large building between the street and the apartment, the apartment was quiet throughout the day. Note that the halls and common spaces are very much to traditional Taiwan standards of condition; the apartment itself is very clean. We removed our shoes at the door and were very comfortable in the apartment. We were in Taiwan in December so we used the heat on occasion. We were able to keep the temperature comfortable throughout the night without an issue. Beds are firm as usual for Asia.

It was a pleasure to stay at your house, thank you for personally leading the check-in and patiently explaining the amenities in the house, the house is very comfortable and has soft towels, the house is really like the instructions can look at 101 by the window, I noticed that there is a children's play area and children's cart, this is really great, my kids and family will definitely love your house, I'm ready to book to stay at your house for the year.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. Tony shared several short videos to clarify the check-in process, which gave us a lot of clarity and comfort navigating to his property in a bustling city surrounding. The property itself was in excellent condition, accurately matched the listing description, and was in an ideal location for exploring Taipei. Our family would certainly look forward to staying at the same apartment again in future visits!

Leo's place is indeed a home away from home. It's old yet homey! Very clean, no smell. Spacious and minimalist, yet the basics that are needed for a comfortable stay is provided. The best part is it's walking distance, the brown line MRT station (Linguang) about 5 minute-walk only. And 7-11 is just 2 minute-walk away! Leo the host, even went an extra mile by helping us with our luggage (we were not expecting it). He is such a super amazing host. We will not hesitate to stay here again when we come back! Our stay in Taiwan was hassle free and 1 factor was our accommodation. The host was responsive, provided us with everything we need. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The place was a walking distance to the station and establishments. Really lucky to find this gem.

Great location, the host was very attentive to how the amenities were used, and it was convenient to include a washing machine.

The accommodation was very nice, spacious and clean, perfect for a family and had everything we needed. It is in a great area very close to Taipei 101 and near many food stands and bubble tea shops!
