as we came from Addo NP down South heading North to Jo'burg we needed a place to rest from the drive. This place was perfect - a pool to chill, a kitchen to cook and a TV to watch a movie. A shopping mall was nearby asywell. We could upload our batteries to hit the road the following day! Great place - next time I try to stay longer to get to know Bloomfontein.

Jealine is such a great host💫. Her place is clean and peaceful. My family and I visited her place while attending my sister's graduation. She ensured that we had all the necessary utensils, making our preparations smooth. She made great recommendations about where we can get food and flowers for my sister. Her warmth and responsiveness to our messages made us feel at home and we truly appreciate her.

From the moment we arrived, we felt very at home in Bab's place. The first thing we wanted, was a cup of tea after our 4 hour road trip and it was all there: teas, coffee, milk, rusks and some other snacks. The beds were very comfy, the living area is cosy and outside awaits a very well kept garden and lawn. Bab's place is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood and quite close to North Ridge Mall. All in all, we were very happy during our stay and will definitely return next time we visit Bloem.

My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay at Susan’s place. The unit had everything we needed - plentiful of space and beds plus it has all the amenities listed Susan was also really responsive during our stay, making sure we felt at home and had everything we need. I am looking forward to going to Susan’s place again soon

Lize was a great host and her property is gorgeous and perfect for a small family. The swimming pool helped so much with our two year old and his built up energy after driving 9 hours. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a 5 star hotel's quality! We will definitely be back to enjoy the private boma (very big) boma as we arrived too late to enjoy it during this stay. Cannot recommend this place enough.

thank you so much Esther and Bernard ! your place is just Haven ! so beautiful and peaceful! we wished we have stayed longer to enjoy the company of the Antilopes and birds living around the cottage ! The cottage is very clean and spacious , with lovely bedrooms and very clean bathrooms too, a nice patio for eating outside, and plenty of games too. What a beautiful place to stay. The place is prestine and Barend is definitely a super host. Everything was perfect, clean and inviting. We arrived to a freshly baked bread and bottle of red wine. There is to much to mention, pool, Wi-Fi, practical kitchen, amazing bathtub, drinking water and water carafe at your bedside. Amazing stay, would highly recommend. We will be back.

We had an incredible stay! The accommodation was luxe, clean more than what we paid for. We booked a different unit, however Susan upgraded us free of charge and therefore we had a whole house to ourselves! Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Good neighbourhood as well, felt very safe.
