House vacation rentals in Xai-Xai

Wonderful stay and the onsite staff were excellent. Proximity to the beach was great and we had a very pleasant experience and would go back again in a heart beat

Beautiful home , very tastefully decorated, comfortable big beds and lovely bathrooms. Gorgeous pool area and gardens. We had problems finding it as we went according to the location map on Airbnb and it was incorrect. I then went through my messages from Laura and only then noticed ( my mistake) that she had dropped a pin for the correct location We enjoyed our one night stay and Laura was very responsive and helpful.

LOVED IT. It’s a shame that we only got to spend one night there. Laura is an awesome host, she was always responsive, comprehensive and ready to help. I fell in love with the place, it matched the photos, it was beautiful, peaceful and it has an awesome beach view. I’ll definitely book again, and I highly recommend staying here. I loved it! Fantastic location with the most amazing view. Really enjoyed the pool-like swimming on the left side of the beach. Go there early morning to explore the rocks! There are some beautiful coral reefs! Order some fresh seafood, mango and coconut with the amazing staff and have a yummy stay. The host is very accommodating and responds quickly. We found some irregularities upon arrival but this was quickly sorted with great service afterwards by the wonderful Fina and Giuseppe. We had an issue with our car and the host Rianna assisted us so kindly. Had a beautiful holiday. The host was exceptionally responsive, helpful and kind. She even checked up on us on the arrival and departure journey until we reached home. 10/10 would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks so much!

We had an amazing stay at Anton's place. The picture fit the discription and the house is well maintained. Jeff is an absolute super star and catered for our every need. Anton is extremely helpful and responsive. The swimming pool was a treat and the house had everything we needed. One thing to note is that there is a gentleman who will stop you from taking wood because he sells it to the Guests. Jeff is the most amazing houseman we have had, he is knowledgeable about the area and did not allow the fisherman to overcharge us. There is a restaurant nearby called Blue dolphin which serves the tastiest pizzas. We thank Jeff and Anton for such a memorable stay. I would recommend this house to anyone going to Xai xai, it is tje neatest and best maintained house in the eco estate

First, the house manager Reginaldo, he is an absolute superstar!! Came to the local fish market with us every day to get fresh seafood fresh veggies etc. And he prepared each seafood dish beyond our wildest expectations! Regi makes the house a home, he's there every morning to clean, to direct us to the right spots to fish and swim. Super helpful. Was a pleasure to tip him when we left. Second, the house...plenty of space for 10-12 ppl. We were 7 ppl, the space was comfortable and spacious, lacked absolutely nothing. Only regret...that we did not stay longer. Definitely going back though!

Oh wow! Absolutely amaaaaaazing! Our family had an amazing time, and Erwee was a fantastic host. Easy to reach, quick to respond. This is one place I definitely intend on coming back to. The house had everything we needed. The staff at the resort were so helpful, so friendly and kind. Special mention to Zenda and Zacaria for ensuring our stay was comfortable and a total breeze 🧡

We had a wonderful time at Ericka´s place. We went at casa ria instead of Bella vista, but it was very nice. The house is clean, and cosy, the view amazing and the place quiet. Very clear instructions to find out the adress and the guy at the reception was nice and helpful. Would recommend 100%

This was a stop over stay, but we had a great time! We will book it again soon!
