This cozy House is located on top of the Gunks a few miles away from Minnewaska State Park main entry. House is facing State forest and is a perfect getaway from hectic city life. The space has been carefully redesigned with a lot of details for guests to enjoy the stay. We are very serious about the cleaning/laundry process. This lovely 3rd floor private apartment is in an 1883 Victorian Mansion in Blooming Grove, NY for 1 - 6 people. It is beautifully furnished, has luxurious beds, so let us know if you need one, two or three bedrooms! The apartment has a private entrance, a claw foot tub, French door shower, and a kitchenette with sunny breakfast nook. It's freshly renovated and spacious. You will have to take 2 staircases. Our land has a nice view of a field of wildflowers, and our neighbor has cows.

Simon & Stella were wonderful, the place was gorgeous, spotless, and had everything provided like a luxury hotel stay. The property is beautiful and peaceful, the pond has local wildlife, the grass beautiful, the view... Was an honest recharge just to hang out there, go nowhere, do nothing. Very cozy place, new, modern, quality furnishings, the pictures honestly don't do it justice. thanks so much Simon & Stella ❤️❤️❤️

I am in two minds about what to write in this review. On one hand, this property is truly mind blowing. It has been designed beautifully indoors and there is so much attention to detail. And then, the view…I’ve traveled a lot and the view blew my mind. On the other hand, I’m not sure I want too many other people to know about this gem..because I want to come back. And I am hoping this review doesn’t make that more difficult.

We loved staying at Wendy’s place. It was a perfect combination of fun for the little kids with Legoland close by; and a component of adventure with the Neversink Trail close by. At the home we enjoyed the basement with games and sauna and jacuzzi. There is something for everyone!

A lovely spot! Clean, well laid out and cozy. We loved the porch and kids had a blast w the ping pong and air hockey. Nice big kitchen that we enjoyed cooking in! Comfy beds, great water pressure in the showers and AC was a plus w the humid day. We stayed here for a family trip to Lego land and it was a great location!

Xiaoyun's place was serene, beautiful, and thoughtfully decorated. The place felt like a retreat in and of itself. They were also very responsive and proactive in providing us with check-in + checkout instructions, so the whole process was seamless. Everything worked as expected with the hot water, a/c, and a stocked kitchen. Thank you!
