Very clean. Big rooms and host is very responsible and hospitable who was ready to answer all our queries and request. There is a lift accessing every floor of the house. And a 4th floor, ball pit play pen + rooftop mini pool which is great of kids. There are also tidbits for snacking. Has ktv and mahjong table as well. Spoilt for choice and good value.

A spacious communal area features a modern design with a combination of smooth wooden flooring and a textured brick wall. Several soft cushions are arranged on a raised platform, while a large flat-screen TV displays content against a light-colored wall.

Dongshan역 근처에 마침 마켓도 열리고해서 구경할 것도 있고 좋았습니다. 뤄동이랑 1역 차이라 휘리릭 근교나들이 다녀오기도 나쁘지않았어요. 조용한 동네에서 산책하길 좋아하는 사람이라면 지낼만합니다. 자전거타는 사람들도 많더라구요. 숙소에서 바라보는 논과 자연풍광이 좋아요. 스태프들도 무척 친절합니다. 영어를 잘 하는 스태프도 있어서 소통도 편했습니다. Dongshan역에서 내려서 걸어갈만합니다. 짐이 너무 많다면 걸어가기는 힘들지도 모르겠지만 저는 괜찮았아요. 숙소 바로 근처엔 상점이 없으니 뭔가 필요하다면 역근처에서 사서 들어가는 것도 좋겠습니다. 2층침대 2개가 있는 도미토리에 묵었는데, 공용 샤워실과 공용 화장실이 각 3개씩 있어서 씻고 생활하는 것도 편했어요. 생각나는대로 후기 남겨봅니다.

1000多元能住在這樣的房間，良好的品質，優質方便又安全的地點，真的很不錯，挺舒適的，之後還會想來住。房間乾淨，除了一點貓咪味道外，其他都十分完美，甚至要裝水等等的也都很方便～

通舖價位很佛心，設施也滿足我對住宿的基本需求。房東相處起來很自在，平時互動不多，但有問題時房東會及時回訊息。住宿走路距離就可抵達海灘，冬季來訪可享受寧靜。距離市區便利商店有兩公里，且需走隧道，在此過夜建議要有個人交通工具。如房源所述，本身是衝浪用品店並非專營民宿，通舖與一樓公共空間並沒有門隔著，一早會有衝浪客進來拿取物品，難免有聲音干擾。另外夜間眷村的野狗會吠叫，所以務必準備耳塞。
