Location is a little tight for those who drive, especially if you bring along the number of people who can make full use of the space. But it is smack in the midst of a bustling market area and only minutes away to the night market. Not fully wheelchair accessible, for those interested in that (Lift is available but has a few steps up). Overall, host Ruru is very helpful and responsive to our needs.

A notice is displayed on a wooden door, listing house rules in bold colors. Guidelines include no smoking, quiet hours, and restrictions against running indoors. The sign is clearly visible, with a separate symbol indicating the no smoking policy.

離羅東夜市超級近，買完回民宿坐下來吃吃喝喝，廚房用具也很齊全～附近有停車場供停車，從第一天下午4點多倒隔天10點多，收費只要90元！！雖然走路要將近10分鐘，但很划！房東也很貼心，入住前還會幫忙看住宿附近街道有無活動影響停車～

這間是會跟別人共用空間的小套房，所以外面有人走動時一定會聽到聲音。優點是房間內非常乾淨整潔、衛浴空間夠大，以及床墊非常舒服好睡！公共空間內有監視器，讓人感到非常安全。入住指示也足夠清楚，雖然密碼有點太多第一次進入有點搞不太清楚，以及退房後好像有房客將行李放在一樓導致一樓密碼鎖被擋住有點尷尬。但整體來說，我們在這間房間度過一個相當美好以及舒適的夜晚，是個CP值高的好選擇！

房源所在附近停車方便，三餐選擇也不少，步行可到羅東夜市。房源內共有三間房間，飲用水、冰箱、電視在公共空間。美中不足的是鄰近鐵軌，火車行駛清楚，且因位於二樓，外頭車聲明顯。不過仍瑕不掩瑜，是個高性價比的選擇！

We really enjoyed our stay in Luodong. The host was very helpful and communicative. The place itself was in an excellent location for enjoying everything Luodong has to offer. The apartment was designed beautifully and we found it to be very quiet. We were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves, so that probably helped! We’d definitely stay again.

A comfortable, quiet studio apartment in a high-rise building with a view of the beach. Good bathroom, wi-fi, hot water, space to put away your own stuff. Advice: if you want to do any cooking, food prep, or even slicing of fruit, let the owner know in advance. We did not, and when we arrived, the kitchen had absolutely nothing in it. The host, however, provided us with kitchen tools when we requested them. The bed linen and towels could use an upgrade. But overall, a good apartment 100 meters from the walking path along the beach, with a host who is eager to please. Shopping streets are about a 12-minute walk from the apartment.

這個房源實在給我們很大的驚喜!!!! 房東主動問我們到達時間, 因為我們沒有預先集合, 所以不能預計但房東還是安排得很好, 並特別去打掃讓我們可以提早入住房間跟浴室很大, 4人住很足夠! 可以用溫泉水洗澡真的太棒了入住期間天氣不太好, 被天氣打亂了原本想去的行程, 房東第二天趁天氣好了點就推介了新景點, 推薦很讚基本上只帶衣服+牙刷+護膚品入住就好可能帶個耳塞吧, 早上旁邊的機械運作會有聲音, 不過不礙事天氣冷有毛毛被+暖扇, 熱有冷氣+2台風扇, 太符合怕冷的我們了下次會再來, 而且感覺這hostel很值得留在裡面的小陽台渡過假期, 泡完澡看netflix 療癒 <3

超級棒的地點♥️有小小孩👶🏻 所以不希望行程太趕，步行就能到沙灘超級棒🥰 頂樓還有無邊際泳池小孩超喜歡🏊 回來洗澡也超方便👏重點還有洗衣機跟烘衣機超好的😚這樣回家就不用洗一大堆衣服了😜房間香香的，好舒服超級喜歡大推👏還有小烤箱，去全聯買小麵包回來烤給小孩當早餐吃，下次一定還會再來住，之前也是住過這1棟住宅，只是不是這一個房東的房子，但是他就沒有洗衣機跟烘衣機也沒有烤箱，這一間的裝潢我也很喜歡很溫馨房間香香的真的超加分♥️♥️♥️我超怕一打開都是霉味的老闆超貼心小孩的衣服遺漏在房間可以幫忙寄回👏

Lilian's apartment had everything my wife and I needed for a relaxing weekend in Toucheng. The unit is conveniently located a stone's throw from the waterfront, with several fine eating establishments an easy walk away (in particular, we recommend the recently opened 浪花點心 for a simple, delicious breakfast with an ocean view). The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, and clean, with a generously sized bathroom and sitting area. We have stayed in close to ten different AirBnb properties around Toucheng, and this was one of our favorites. Would (will) certainly stay here again on a return visit.
