The 35 sq meters apartment by the sea is located on the first floor of the house where we live and has an independent entrance. The 42 sqm terrace is shared by two apartments. The house is located in a beautiful pine forest by the sea, on the island of Wolin, 15 minutes walk from the seaside beach and 7 minutes walk from the lake, by the provincial route 102. The city of Dziwnów is about 1800 meters away, Międzywodzie is about 2000 meters away, by a pedestrian bicycle path, illuminated or asphalt road.

You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach.
