Vacation rentals with a patio in Wrangell

I've stayed at Joy's AirBnB twice now while traveling for work. The unit is spotless and the beds/furniture are comfortable. It is stocked with everything you could need, and Joy is a thoughtful and friendly host that is always responsive to messages. I've always felt safe coming and going into the unit, even late at night. I will stay here every time it's available when I travel to Wrangell. Great BnB and a better host.

It's lovely, spacious and I'll recommend it to others. Already have, actually. The beds are very comfortable & it's a clean, restful place with everything you need. I used to live in Petersburg and the ambience of the area is perfect Southeast - refreshed a lot of good memories and made a bunch more. JOY is a dream to work with. Very responsive, very pleasant. I texted a question or two in middle of the night not at all expecting a reply until the morning, and wow, she responded right away. Above and beyond. :-) If this sounds gushy, it is. I really enjoyed this place. Thank you, Joy!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Harbor Heights. The place was clean, affordable, and had a calming atmosphere. Joy was attentive and incredibly helpful; it was a pleasure working with her. As a solo traveler, I was initially unsure about sharing a space with strangers, but the keypad locks on the front and bedroom doors, along with the locking bathrooms, made me feel safe and comfortable. I really appreciated all the amenities available—though I didn’t use all 57! Not having to pack shampoo, conditioner, soap, or a hairdryer was a huge relief. One of my favorite things about staying there was having a kitchen that allowed me to ease into my day without rushing to town for coffee and breakfast. I’d love to stay here again—perhaps when the weather is warmer so I can enjoy the deck! I’ll definitely recommend Harbor Heights to others. Thank you!

I really enjoyed this beautiful hideaway, it's a perfect spot for some remote work while looking out over all the lovely fishing boats. Right in the middle of downtown with restaurants, shops, harbor, and museum nearby. Joy is so helpful and gracious!

This was a great fit for our family! The setting was beautiful and quiet with incredible views of the mountains and water from the big deck and gathering areas. The house was clean and well equipped. The beds and furniture were really comfortable and the place was cozy. We sat on the deck watching the sea lions, eagles, and boats. It was a quick drive into town for great food (try the Salty Pantry) and things to see. There's also a good grocery store in town. People in the community were extremely friendly and the nearby fishing was amazing. The nearby dock didn't bother us at all, there was rarely anything happening there. Steve was a friendly and helpful host. We will definitely be back! Alaska as only Alaska can do it!

This is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed! Super clean, super nice house with a breathtaking view! I will definitely be staying here again.

I periodically work in Ketchikan and wanted to show it off to my son and father. This property did not disappoint! I could not believe the view! From sun up to sun down it seemed to get better and better. The house was large, clean, and extremely comfortable! I stayed in the room with the view of the water and left the blinds open to wake up to the sunrise. They thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable. My dad loved all of the driftwood touches which added to the beachy feel. The porch was perfect for playing games, drinking coffee, and having a glass of wine with dinner. I worried about making it up the hill in our low profile rental car-it did fine but required some maneuvering to get up and down it. They did point this out in advance. It is a bit away from town-but in a very good way! Away from cruise ships and crowds and oh so lovely! The pictures don’t do the place justice!

Book and exhale. This Alaskan retreat was absolutely breathtaking! Nestled amidst stunning natural beauty, the home offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life (we flew in from Seattle to do some fishing for a few days). From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the peaceful surroundings. The home was equipped with everything we needed and more! The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable & the living area provided a relaxing space to unwind after 2 days of fishing for Cohos!! The views from the windows were simply stunning, and we spent countless hours enjoying the tranquility of the Alaskan wilderness. Axel was an exceptional host. He is incredibly friendly, helpful, and just a delight to work with. We will book again for certain! If you need another recommendation - We took our 91 yo mom salmon fishing with a company called Svenson Sportfishing. 🎣 There were 5 of us and we brought 320 lbs of salmon home!
