The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Our guesthouse is located in the old harbor district of historic Bergen op Zoom. Located on the Brabantse Wal between Rotterdam, Antwerp and the Zeeland coast. Plenty of cozy cafes and restaurants! Through a shared gate, you enter the backyard where the guesthouse is located. On the ground floor is the living room, kitchenette and toilet. Via the authentic, steep stairs you enter the bedroom with bathroom and access to the roof terrace. The rooms are not suitable for the disabled.

Thanks to solar panels and a solar water heater, the cottage is powered and heated in an environmentally friendly way. The food forest on the grounds offers the opportunity to pick and prepare fresh products depending on the season.
