Brand New Modern Cabin walk to town

This brand new cabin was built using green construction and features a living green roof. It is an open concept 1 bedroom with all new fixtures and a soaking tub. You can walk to town in approximately 10-12 minutes. This is in a neighborhood so there are visible neighbors but the architect utilized the natural surroundings to make it feel like you are in the woods. The beauty of this house is it’s access to town. If you look at my past reviews it’s the same location but a new house in front.

Wake up in the morning to deer and wild turkeys roaming in the forest outside, and enjoy your coffee in the sunroom, on the back deck or on a walk to nearby Cooper Lake. Downtown Woodstock is an 8 min drive, while other local favorites The Pines and Phoenicia Diner are within 15 minutes. Close by hiking trails abound as well, with the famous Overlook Mountain under 5 miles away.

Enjoy nature and a peaceful setting at the foot of Overlook Mt. on 6 wooded acres with a brook. Privacy, and 3 miles to Woodstock Village. Original art work from our grandfather Joseph Garlock adds to the charm of our cabin.

Margaret's Cottage (In compliance with the new New York law on short term rentals) Located in the village of Woodstock, stroll to restaurants, Tinker St movie theater, take a dip in the Millstream, or follow the Comeau property trail past the stream through the woods to the meadow with the best mountain vista in town. The cottage is named after my Mother, Margaret, she worked in "Deanies Restaurant" for more than 30 years & like so many Woodstockers was a colorful, beloved character.

This 1970s era log cabin is nestled in acres of woods 3 miles from Woodstock. Walk to Cooper Lake (0.8 miles away) or simply enjoy your own stream and pond. The heart of Bearsville is a mile away with a market, radio station, music venue and multiple restaurants with nightly entertainment. Built in 1973, the expansive log structure is filled with a mix of 70's era furniture and timeless cabin touches.
