The place was exactly as described and suited our extended family . We had such an enjoyable time with the pool and the comfortable house . Felt like our very own home. The kitchen was very well equipped and the additional personalized touches by Eric was such a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended !

We were travelling with extended family and there were a grand total of 11 of us. We had a room each and the house catered right ot our need. Everything was clean and functional. The location felt safe and there were malls and eateries within driving proximity. We spent 1 of the day in Legoland and again, the location was close to places of attraction. Will definitely return again.

Great place if you are looking for a cosy house in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to amenities such as KSL etc.

Great stay and great outdoor space. Very clean property for the nine of us for team bonding. The host is very proactive to offer early check-in as well as late check-out. Highly recommend this place.

Lovely ! Airbnb was great with a big open space for the friend group and comfy and clean bedrooms for all ! Great amenities, even going the extra mile with snacks, games and ktv set ! Would definitely go again, extremely friendly and responsive host as well ! thank you for the stayyyy

was my first experience staying on the inner side of R&F. really responsive host in the local mobile communication app, and I really appreciate the host flexibility in allowing to stay for an additional night stay although I check out in the evening itself

The unit in Willby was new and extremely clean , quiet and well equipped with everything one needs including a Japanese bathroom to dry clothes. I really enjoyed the view and central location for both work and exploration. I felt like a lucky Singaporean. Thanks to the great online and concierge checkin.

The kids loved the apartment! Adults were able to sip coffee by the window while the kids played on the slides. It was like a mini indoor playground within the apartment!

Apartment looks as good as the pictures! Had some difficulties getting in as the security guards do not seem familiar with the processes but it all turned out well in the end. The apartment is located among rows of condominiums - in quite a bustling area, lots of cars getting in and out of the area. There is a supermarket and lots of eateries opposite the apartment - very convenient.

The location of this apartment is very good near to all those popular shopping area and a lot of nearby restaurant to try. The apartment feels comfortable when staying here feels like home. The host was very good and replied to every request that I have. So if you’re in Johor Bahru give this apartment a try

A perfect and chill environment for visitors who are visiting around JB. Amenities were adequate and accurately stated in their listing. TV has Netflix available. And, the balcony bathtub was the best feature, offering a lake view of the Sungei Tebrau River. The room is pretty decent, has a very soft queen-sized bed. Although location is quite deep into Jalan Bayu Puteri area, Grab rides were easy to call for. Some areas to be improved are to clean out the dust and dirt from the ambient lights’ ledge beneath the TV as dust were collecting there. And, maybe a rolling curtain blind can be included to block out light and creating a darker environment to sleep in as doors are all glass. Another area is to perhaps increase the pressure of the shower head of the outdoor bathtub as I feel the pressure was too low. Overall, a very good stay. The building used to be a hotel I believe but now used for residences and Airbnbs.

The host is friendly and proactive and reply fast. The place is clean, toilet is clean, whole place looks new and fresh. Probably better than hotel stay. Place is kids friendly , a lot of toys and soft toys. So good for family with kids. Towels are clean, air con is strong. Furniture all are in good condition. Host also reply fast whenever we have questions, like directions to mall, or around JB. Really good experience overall!

Great, convenient location and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked very well and and was a nice, cool relief from the warm weather. Shampoo and body soap was pleasant and lovely to use. The place was well equipped and the decor welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to future trips.

Amazing high spec flat in a very secure building. Free parking. Location is only 10min from city centre. Highly recommended.

Seller was very responsive and give very clear instructions for check in/out Space was very clean and has a nice smell when enter the apartment. Living/Bed/Toilets are very clean and spotless. Location is very convenient too. Felt safe as there is a guard house.

Provide snacks and coffee like hotel. Kitchen & room is very clean and felt like my home. Great for big family and friends gatherings. Will visit again with my cousins again

Andrew’s condo is immaculate. Everything has been so thoughtfully considered. It made for an exceptionally comfortable and safe stay. And Andrew is a very responsive and helpful communicator - even graciously accepting feedback. It’s only been 1 day, and my two teenagers are already asking to return!

very nice stay experience host is very nice to prepare necessities for us like drinking water and tissue. the washing machine and dryer machine is also new making it hassle free for us so we dun. need bring so many clothes. tv wise got Netflix and YouTube kids can entertain themself. swimming pool is very clean !! will definitely booked again on my next trip
