House is located on 88 acres with beautiful views. House has 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom with king size bed. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and 2 bedrooms each with a twin bed. There are two living rooms, an office and kitchen. Trails are easily accessible by both ATV and snowmobile. Property is within 5 minutes of both Little Madawaska and Madawaska Lake. Long Lake is within 15 miles. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.

Please note that there are two flights of stairs to get to this third floor retreat. But once you do, we're sure you'll love it! We try to include everything for your short stay from rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and even a variety of Keurig pod options. There's in-unit laundry, and a relaxing deck space for the wonderful sounds of nature with your morning cup of Joe. (season pending of course :)
