Ideally located only a short walk to the best cafes /restaurants, shopping & pristine beaches. Public transport, cycle & walking paths. WIN entertainment centre / stadium & golf course. Entire block of only 6 units, owned by my parents, a lovely senior italian couple that live upstairs & friendly, long term tenants.
