Ground floor 1 bedroom unit with newly installed split system air conditioner. Beach access just a few minutes walk via the end of Swan street. Ideally located only a short walk to the best cafes /restaurants, shopping & pristine beaches. Public transport, cycle & walking paths. WIN entertainment centre / stadium & golf course. Entire block of only 6 units, owned by my parents, a lovely senior italian couple that live upstairs & friendly, long term tenants.
