The cottage is located on a very large fenced plot, shared with the owners' house. Nearby, there is the aforementioned golf course and a beautiful beach in Świętoujście. For anglers, the lake is managed by the Polish Angling Association (PZW). Garden furniture and a barbecue are available.

The cottage is located in Wartowo, which is part of the summer village of Kołczewo in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Wolin commune, near the largest lake of the island - Koprowo. The area has excellent conditions for hiking, cycling and fishing, and for beach lovers there is a beautiful stretch of the Baltic coastline. Słoneczny Zakątek is a resort, located in the village of Strzeżewo, close to Łukęcin. It consists of 5 comfortable cottages, a playground, a barbecue and a large swimming pool with heated water and a Russian bath. The cottages are located less than 4300 meters from the sea, to which a safe path leads. Our cottages are of high standard, comfortable and luxurious, very aesthetic. We provide all guests with parking spaces in the resort. The entire resort is fenced.

Our small guest house in the garden is also a small gallery, a bit also a large Tini house, and it was once until almost 80 years ago a small stable, whose outer walls are also preserved. Since then it has served as a guest domicile. Inside, everything is completely modernly renovated and has underfloor heating. Very important to mention is the bunk bed, there is only one double bunk bed for sleeping... if that is too difficult, you cannot be our guest...

Our apartment is located on a peninsula in a unique location - from one side only 100 m from Lake Neuwarp, from the other side only about 80 m from the Szczecin Lagoon. Perfect for relaxation, enjoying nature and relaxed walks by the water. In our small town you will find two bistros, a pizzeria and a café. A supermarket is located only about 500 m from the apartment. The beautiful city of Szczecin is about an hour's drive from us.

We offer a small cozy apartment in Stolpe on Usedom for guests who want to relax. It is centrally located in a quiet location.
