Cozy Casita in Prescott Valley

Enjoy your stay in a newly remodeled modern style duplex. It is fully furnished for you to enjoy your home away from home. A king bed in the master with private full bath, a queen bed in guest room, a 2nd full bathroom, twin air mattress and infant/toddler pack n play . You are 10 minutes from YRMC East, Findley Toyota Center, ERAU, and Prescott Regional Airport. 17 minutes away from downtown Prescott where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, hiking, biking, a number of museums , and a zoo.

Granite Mountain Views-Prescott

Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

Rustic & cute private guesthouse on a 5 acre horse ranch! Located very close to all the popular northern AZ places to visit! This is the country - if animal sounds or the occasional bug or fly bothers you, this is not for you ;). There is no WiFi out there - BUT there’s a Roku TV - it REQUIRES a hot spot. The backyard offers a place to relax with dog runs negotiable. This guest suite is located approximately 6 miles out beautiful Williamson Valley road and is across from Granite Mountain trail head on national forest which has miles of trails for hiking and mountain biking. Historical downtown Prescott is a short drive away.

Antelope Run Country Cottage in Chino Valley

We built our 720 square foot cottage in 2009 on 2.5 acres in an extremely quiet country neighborhood, and it has been very lightly used. The full kitchen has all the major appliances, cooking and eating utensils you will need. There is also a full size laundry setup in the bathroom. Our location is perfect for those attending firearm training at the world renowned Gunsite Academy. Gunsite is an easy 18 minute drive from our cottage in Chino Valley.

McClure Hobby Farm Guesthouse

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located in south central Chino Valley, 15 miles north of Prescott, this guesthouse is on a small farm with friendly goats and chickens. The balcony overlooks the mountains and at night the sky is full of stars. All friendly dogs are welcome as this house has it's own fenced in yard for a $30 pet fee/stay.
