"Sol y Vista" means "Sun & View" as this is a solar-passive, architect-designed dwelling with spectacular views over Bathurst and Blue Mountains. 5 minutes to famous Mt Panorama Race Track. Less to Bathurst Golf Club. Set on a couple of acres only 4km to town. Private, peaceful and quiet, relaxing, spacious, fully self-contained. Slow-combustion wood fireplace as well as ducted reverse-cycle airconditioning. Please be aware that animals live on the property - our pet dog "Angel" and our bees.

While there's many rustic features the cottage is also clean and tidy with wifi, smart tv and gas log fire, Bedding is comfy and it's warm in winter and cool in summer with thick walls. This place is a great short stay, walking distance to clubs, movies and pubs and would suit 2 individuals or a couple and 1 or (max) 2 kids.

A stylish cottage with kitchen area, bathroom with a washing machine and a dryer, a queen sized bed, and even a sofa bed (which is normally a sofa, you can also use it as a double sized bed). It is located within 15 kilometres of Bathurst’s Mount Panorama (Warluu) as well as all of Bathurst major sporting fields. A reverse cycle A/C is installed in the main living room. Check in between 3pm and 11pm. Check out 11am. Covered BBQ on the patio. A glass fronted wood fire is in the living room (bring your own wood.) Share laundry, private clothesline. Wifi.

"Our stay was wonderful! Emma was very friendly and a great communicator. The location was fantastic - just a short walk to cafés. The terrace was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kids especially loved the popcorn, which was such a thoughtful touch. The heating worked perfectly, keeping us warm on a freezing Bathurst weekend. On top of all that, Emma was incredibly helpful when we accidentally left something precious behind, ensuring it was safely returned to us. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!"

The accommodation was exactly like the pictures, it was lovely very clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable, probably the best I’ve ever slept in, in holiday accommodation. There were plenty of treats left for us, it was quiet and private and only a 6 minute drive to Bathurst. Yes, I will be renting the property again.
