Peaceful farmhouse in a private setting with very responsive hosts. Spacious and clean in a lovely area of Vermont, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice place, probably better in summer than winter, simply due to more amenities (like screened porch) and better able to appreciate the location, but it was nice as a winter spot, too, to sit and read by the fire. Kitchen was well-equipped, and the place was very clean.

Amazing experience! Everything was prepared and fully equipped for us, from towels, soaps and shampoos, even spices and oil in the kitchen! Definitely recommended, and we will be happy to visit there again! summer or winter!

We had a wonderful stay here for our weekend ski trip! The place was beautiful and had everything we needed and the area was so peaceful. Just make sure to prepare to lose service in the area, but once you get there the WiFi is great! The hosts were very communicative and proactive about a snow storm that hit during our stay as well. We would love to visit again!

This was my second stay at Erica and Leslie's airbnb. I hope to return....I really enjoy being there....it is comfortable and just a charming place. Erica is very responsive...communication with her is easy.

Our group of 8 stayed for a week to ski Stratton and Mt Snow. The house was cozy and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were there during a snow storm but didn’t have to worry about shoveling. The driveway and road were both cleared before wanted to leave in the morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Darva's camp is amazing. It was so cozy and private, yet it didn't feel too isolated or scary. Darva was really understanding and communicative. There's so much nature to explore around the camp, and you must sit outside at night and see the stars! We loved exploring the area too, food was good wherever we went & people there are super nice. We had the best time - our kid and doggo didn't want to leave. We will be back on a longer stay!

Loved this place so much I stayed on for a second week! The perfect place for a quiet, peaceful, creative retreat. Michelle is a very gracious host, and this lovely little place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Echoing what others have said about arrival — there’s very limited (or no) cell service in the area, so take screenshots of the directions before you travel. Wifi in the stables was excellent. I had multiple video calls during my stay and never had an issue.

Our family of 11 had a great time at this beautiful home during the Thanksgiving holiday. The views of the pond were incredible, especially after it snowed, and the hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. There was plenty of room for us all and we highly enjoyed our stay. I just want to thank Kristen again, she was an amazing host! Her home is absolutely gorgeous, we felt so comfortable and happy staying here. Clean, cozy & comfortable. We traveled with 8 people and 2 babies. We fit perfectly in this home. We enjoyed the fire pit out back, family style dinners and game nights where we all fit in the same room was perfect. Our stay was perfect. Also, there’s a pizza/bowling and an escape room nearby. Let’s also not forget the views, waking up to seeing the white farm across the river was a sweet little treat every morning.

Great spot! Stayed at Eric's place for a weekend with a group of college students (8) looking to hit the reset button and had plenty of space. It was spotless and comfortable, and we had no trouble finding what we needed. The virtual guide is also super helpful!

Great cozy stay for a little family getaway with our two kiddos and pup. Our toddler and pup loved romping on the property in mud season. The house is lovely and the bedrooms are beautiful. The town is about 15 mins away with an amazing bookshop and bakery. Of note; the area isn’t super walkable-lots of blind corners and no side walk (as expected!) and the property isn’t really big enough for long walks/runs - important to note if you are hoping for runs/dog walks :) although there are lovely trails in the area! Also, the road is close to the house and there are lots of paint chips in the dirt around the house-only matters if you have a dirt obsessed toddler :) Owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay!

We had a great time at Kathryn’s farm! We spent 2 nights at the farm, including a winter storm day. We were snowed in for part of the day, but the room was very cozy and relaxing! Kathryn was very responsive and gave us ample heads up about the weather, as well as good recommendations for food/shopping locations.

Our group of 9 had a wonderful stay with Joy and Kristen. We loved the charm and coziness of their home. Our stay overlapped with a strong snow storm that canceled our ski plans, nevertheless we found plenty to do in their home and around the property. We enjoyed a wholesome weekend with plenty of cooking, art, pingpong, and sledding. Lastly, our car also broke down on our departure day and they were extremely helpful and accommodating While we found our solution.

Where to start, such a beautiful location, amazing views from every angle. Kathleen you have created the perfect little cottage, it feels secluded yet close to everything. Very convenient location, everything seems like it's a 10 to 15 minute drive, activities, grocery or just somewhere to be at peace. One of my favorite things was the five minute drive to the local CO-OP, it was such a change up to feel so involved with the local foods and produce provided, here from the Massachusetts south shore its something that we do not get a chance to experiance. Me and my girlfriend came for our anniversary and I'm not sure it couldve been anything less than perfect. Every single thing about the location, the ammenities, the activites, even Kathleen could not have been more transparent, she was very responsive during the booking proccess and more when we were on location, she stressed that if we needed anything to let her know. This is without a doubt somewhere that we are going to stay again.

Great stay from beginning to end: house was spacious, clean, well appointed and kitchen well stocked; clear and proactive communication. Dryer came in handy to dry kids clothing after they enjoyed playing in the snow. Appreciate that the heat was turned on well in advance of our arrival. Location is perfect for enjoying the outdoors, close to Mount Snow ski resort, and Wilmington. There is a local market a few yards away too. Everyone in the family loved the place and is looking forward to a return trip.

My family and I enjoyed four days at the cabin, and it was exactly what we needed! Couldn't have been happier with our stay. We enjoyed the property's seclusion but also that it wasn't too far from several towns and ski resorts--truly a win-win. Would definitely come back.

Wow!!! There aren't enough words. It wasn't just a house, it was an experience!!! Beautiful, clean, well stocked home, in an even more stunning surrounding! This is the perfect space for indoor and/or outdoor lovers. There were MANY games, books, and dvds, for all ages to enjoy for weeks! Then the property... You could be there for a month & probably still not explore all the property & enjoyed all the "magical spots." To top it all, the hosts were very responsive & very accommodating with using their recreational items to fully enjoy the space. Let's also not forget the INDOOR hot tub!!! We love traveling to new areas, but will not hesitate to make multiple repeat visits here! We spent time "pondering" when it snowed & rained, & we ventured "yonder" in many areas of the property when the sky was clear! 🥰 LOVED IT!!!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Rafael's condo. The space was very clean and comfy, and exactly matched the description and photos posted here. The fireplace was a great draw, too. If you're planning on skiing at Mt. Snow, the Moover shuttle bus stop is located right outside of this building, which made for a very convenient and quick way to get to Mt. Snow for my family of 4. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

Jill and T. were amazing hosts, quite possibly the nicest and all around best that I've experienced. They were attentive and incredibly kind, and together have a presence to them that makes you feel comfortable and right at home. They also were a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area, the property, and the trails that are accessible right down the road from the guest house. The guest house itself is across the large driveway from the main house, and while close, it feels properly secluded and private. Inside, it is impeccably furnished with the styling and taste that only someone well traveled could do so well: books about sculptors, poetry, classics, Vermont history. Beautiful furniture and an inviting layout of the space. The furnishings, books, kitchen setup, and many places to sit and relax, were as much part of the greatness as the nature surrounding it. I will absolutely come back here for the relaxation, the amenities, and also the lovely hosts.

Our stay at Forty Two North was great. It was very cozy and we felt right at home. The house was clean and accurately depicted. The hosts were prompt with response time. Our family skied at Stratton, it was close and easy to get to. We would definitely come back again.
