Updates: we have updated the master bed to a king. We have also updated the living room sleeper sofa! We try to check in as often to keep the space comfy and fresh. Spacious 2 bed, 1 bath 2nd floor apartment located in the heart of downtown North East! Located directly on Main Street right in the heart of all restaurants and shopping. Had a nice long weekend with friends at Daniels place! The house was spotless and well stocked. After a long day on our boat it was nice to kick back and relax by the fire pit. 5 minutes from town, definitely recommend Steak & Main. Look forward to booking future trips!

We loved our stay at Kate's house! We were there for a family reunion up the road, but we loved having our morning coffee on the porch overlooking the peaceful river. We even had a family of ducks walk up the lawn to greet us one morning! The beds were comfortable, the fridge cold and plenty of towels provided. Will rent again.

This house is very clean, spacious and well organized. It locates in a quiet neighborhood and is close to shopping places and about 8 minutes away from the University of Delaware. Jane is always responsive, polite and accommodating. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a place to stay in this area.

Gwedolyn was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed! Accommodation were great although the shower upstairs was narrow and ceiling was short.. my husband is 6’2” and it was pretty tight for him. But all and all we enjoyed the stay and definitely be back again! Thank you so much for always being there when we needed you.. 5 Star rating
