Liebe Gäste, wir vermieten unsere ca. 70 qm große Messe-/Projekt-/Ferienwohnung (OG&DG, freistehendes Zweifamilienhaus). Zur Autobahn (A 52) sind es 4 min., 15-20 min. bis Düsseldorf, zur Messe sowie nach Mönchengladbach. Im OG ist die vollausgestatte Küche, ein Duschbad, Diele sowie der helle, große Wohnraum (32qm) und angrenzender Loggia. Im DG befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Ausblick auf die Felder (Sonnenuntergang). Die Loggia (Südlage) mit Blick in den Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Die Straßenbahnverbindung 043, welche zum Bahnhof Uerdingen sowie zum Krefelder Hauptbahnhof fährt, ist in nur 1 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Supermarkt, Bäcker, ein Cafe und eine Tankstelle sind ebenfalls innerhalb von 2 min zu erreichen. The rooms (38 m²) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washer and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

The apartment includes a bedroom, bathroom with shower / toilet and washer-dryer, a fully equipped kitchenette, dishwasher and microwave, a dining area (4 people) and a spacious living room. In addition, the apartment offers its own outdoor terrace with seating and an umbrella. Private parking is available.

Cozy apartment in Meerbusch-Lank for overnight stays or as a home office alternative The 29 m² apartment is located in the souterrain of our single-family house, private access, Wi-Fi, centrally located in a quiet side street with ample parking. Excellent connection to Düsseldorf, Neuss, Willich, Mönchengladbach, Krefeld: 3 min to AB A44/A57. Only 12 km to Düsseldorf Airport and Düsseldorf Messe. Bus stop just 200 m away.

Beautiful tiny house with garden and terrace

Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.

Our single-family home has a spacious, separate floor on the 1st floor with sloping ceilings and charming, super cozy furnishings in a quiet location and close to the Rhine for max. 4 people. The guest floor is of course only available to the guests who have booked. Both bedrooms have a modern and very quiet Daikin Duo split wall air conditioning R32 with the wall unit model FTXP35N.
