Our modern guest studio in the south of Duisburg on the border with Düsseldorf is ideally suited for vacations in the Ruhr area and the surrounding cities as well as as as as a trade fair apartment when visiting Messe Düsseldorf (approx. 10 km) or Messe Essen (approx. 15 km). The S-Bahn (suburban train) stations Duisburg-Rahm and Duisburg-Großenbaum are very close by. Grocery stores are in walking distance. The recreational area of the Sechs-Seen-Platte is located in the immediate vicinity and invites you to extensive hiking.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. Ideal for trade fair visitors (Düsseldorf, Essen), for tourists in the Rhein-Ruhr area or for business travelers.

Central location to the airport (12 km), Düsseldorf exhibition center, with direct connection to the A52, A3 motorway. The small town center with various shops can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.
