Cozy home with lots of comfort!

Our accommodation is in Ratingen-Lintorf on the outskirts of Düsseldorf. Airport (11 km), Düsseldorfer Messegelände (13 km). The apartment is located in a two-family house with parking facilities directly in front of the house. In 5 minutes walk, a forest area with pond invites you to walk and jog. Various supermarkets and a small city center can be reached under one km. A bus stop with connection to Düsseldorf and S-Bahn stations is within walking distance in a few minutes. You will greatly appreciate my place because of the cleanliness, coziness and good amenities, as well as the peace and quiet in the house. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Mit der S1 erreichen Sie folgende Ziele: Flughafen Düsseldorf 8 Min HBF Düsseldorf 20 Min HBF Duisburg 8 Min Die S1 fährt meistens 3 Mal pro Stunde in jede Richtung, auch Nachts. Die Straße ist ruhig gelegen, Sie bekommen immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz dort. Die nächste Autobahnauffahrt ist in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Spacious, quiet, safe and very bright accommodation, above the rooftops of the city, as well as great views of the garden towards the forest. Everything you need for a cozy stay can be found here and the unobstructed view of the garden can be enjoyed from the sofa. The city, the CentrO. and the nearby huge Ruhrpark invite you to take a walk. Above all, the apartment is absolutely quiet, private and secluded. Note, we don't have an elevator.

Ideal for trade fair visitors (Düsseldorf, Essen), for tourists in the Rhein-Ruhr area or for business travelers.

We provide coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, kitchen towels and dishwashing liquid. The bathroom is equipped with soap, shower bath, shampoo, toilet paper, cotton pads, ear cleaner, towels and hair dryer.

A digital key safe is mounted beside a textured stone wall, incorporating a four-digit combination keypad. The safe is positioned near the wooden door frame, showcasing a blend of materials and finishes.

The stay was very comfortable and the hosts are super understanding and warm. We were offered welcome gifts and condiments with their compliments. They even let us keep our luggage to pick up in the evening on the day of checkout. Totally recomend for a quiet and splendid stay!

A well-maintained outdoor space is visible, featuring a grassy area shaded by a large tree. To one side, stacks of neatly organized firewood are housed under a covered structure, while the opposite side displays a blue tarp covering additional items.

We stayed at Ipek's for 4 nights and we enjoyed it very much. The surroundings were very quiet and pleasant, there were good opportunities to get to the center by public transport. The apartment itself looked like the pictures, the appliances were modern and the kitchen was equipped with a large range of equipment. If we had any questions, Ipek could always help us and was always friendly and helpful, as well as easily accessible :) All in all, we had a nice time and can only recommend it :) Best regards, L. & K.

Rene doesn't talk much, but he's very sincere and warm, very communicative, and gave me a lot of help.This private cottage is very spacious and fully equipped.Transportation is also very convenient, 5 minutes walk to S Bahn to Duisburg or Dusseldorf.I'll definitely come back again when I get the chance.

The apartment is just like the photos, excellent for a long stay I was 5 weeks with my family and our dog and it was excellent, you have everything you need to be comfortable and be able to make your daily living in comfort. I'd use it again. The sector is a little away from shops but the public transport is excellent and in the neighborhood there is bakery, bunk shop and pizzeria, thankful for all the support and help from Bineta.

The place was exactly as described: clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need.
