Excellent stay at Ahmed's place! The apartment is almost brand new, stylish and absolutely immaculate. Everything is as described in the listing - it's a comfortable space, spacious and well equipped. There's a guard within the apartment complex, so it feels very secure. The apartment is the new part of city (about 15 mins walk from the station), so it is around 40 mins on foot to the medina and historic centre... which is quite a hike! However there are always plenty of "petit taxis" around to take you to the city. Plus, as we explored the local area, we discovered a lovely park and some nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Ahmed and Ouadie are great hosts - always helpful and responsive. We don't have anything negative to say, it was a really great stay!

Very nice accommodation in the center of Fes. You can do anything on foot. When we arrived someone was waiting for us to get us to the place. Many services are offered by the owners which makes the stay easier! Khadouj and Laurent were responsive and available to our requests. So we highly recommend this listing!

Our stay here was short but great! The Airbnb was easy to find and Hicham was very welcoming and just a very friendly guy! We had everything we needed, and the AirBnb was clean with fresh towels which was enjoyable! Amazing to have a traditional house to ourselves, right in the middle of the old Medina! I would stay here again for sure, especially for the good price we paid! Thank you! :)

Beautiful place in the heart of the medina. Easily accessible because close to guarded parking. Hosted by Ahmed whose valuable advice served us throughout our stay. Special mention to Aisha whose breakfasts delighted us and the tagine specially prepared for us was a marvel! The accommodation is a dive into time and Moroccan culture. The decoration is neat and enchanting. The double panoramic terrace overlooks the city and allows for a relaxing moment after strolling the medina. We will come back for sure to enjoy this place. We stayed for three nights at Riad Dar Alexander and would highly recommend it to anyone! The entire Fes medina is very confusing, however Zahrae met us at a drop off point and escorted us to the riad, providing many useful wayfinding tips along the way. The riad itself is spectacular - the majesty of the space is breathtaking. The only caution is the steps, it would not be suitable for anyone with mobility challenges. We were extremely comfortable and well taken care of by Zahrae, Hasna and Selma. We would stay here again if we ever come back to Fes.

This was a very lovely stay in Fes, right in the Medina. The riad is so big and very unique. Having Imane host was really very special and truly made the visit to Fes very memorable. The breakfasts that Imane made were delicious and the tea was the best we had in Morocco.

If you’re not Moroccan, or have not spent much time in the country, be ready for a unique experience. It’s as riad as it gets with all its quirkiness - but all to yourself. It was an authentic experience for the two of us in our party. If getting lost in the alleys of fez intimidates you, this may not be the place for you. Jawad, the caretaker, is exceptionally attentive and helpful. Always ready not just with recommendations but also to walk you out if you need directions. Kitchen has all the appliances, wifi is surprisingly strong, hot water is aplenty. Bathroom situation is unique. The one full western-style bathroom is four flights up so beware of that. (There is a squatty potty on the ground level.) The rooftop terrace has nice open views.

Our host arranged our reception at the airport and the welcome by Mohammed's father was warm. Regarding the apartment: the rooms were spacious and colorful and the beds very comfortable. The terrace was also super nice, with lovely views. Mohammed is an easy-to-contact host, very considerate and friendly.

Extremely large and beautifully furnished apartment. Close to shopping. Nice contact with Amine and contact persons on site. Parking right in front of the house entrance. Highly recommended for groups and families.

one of the best bookings i have ever done. my whole family loved it .ages ranged from 62,32,32,7,3,1 we all felt like we was in a palace with our own luxury garden with different fruit trees, pomegranate,olives, pears , right next to us is a peacock,turkey, a beatiful 🐶. we had a small 🐢 paying us a visit in our garden she was adorable. the owner (simo dad) is a amazing person and good in 💓. you will not find a more respectful man as him .i highly reccomend him and he a has a nice, luxury pick up car .

Our stay in Fez was super nice, Ayoub is a great host. He really welcomed us, he helped us with the few services we needed him. He is available and has given us information and advice on the activities to be carried out in the area. The accommodation is large and spacious, pleasant with family and peaceful because there is no neighbor. I highly recommend this accommodation. But you will need a car to visit the area, do a big run and just be independent for any trip.

We had a pleasant and relaxing stay in Houcine's house. The house is large, spacious, clean and functional, it matched the photos and description. The kids were able to take advantage of the swimming pool from morning to night. The little extra is a shaded terrace thanks to its fruit trees that delighted us. Houcine is very responsive and communicates smoothly, thank you to him for his kindness and patience. The place is very close to the airport which makes it extremely convenient at the end or start of stay. An address to keep for future stays

The Riad is a hidden gem very close to everything in Medina. Very quiet and peaceful inside the Riad, which is hard to believe when we walk our way through the bustling main street. The artsy decor worked out by Michela along with her artwork was very enticing to my interests.

Everything was nice. The space so elegant and huge that it seems enough to invite 30-50 people to make a royal party. But only thing she should clearly inform us or other guests was additional costs. Breakfast fee was additional and it was not informed well. I found it was not free through reviews. In addition, price was different from reviews. She sincerely made efforts to satisfy us. It was great. However most of that was related to money
