Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela," the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure activities.

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

In 5 minutes to the post bus and shopping, farm shops around the corner. Kitchenette with dishwasher and oven. 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed. Washing machine for shared use for a fee by arrangement in the main house. Parking: for loading and unloading at the house, free parking 5 minutes away. Pets welcome if they are cat-friendly.

Cozy apartment in Saas /Klosters-Serneus

Cozy 2 room apartment 36 m² with separate entrance. The bedroom is in the attic on the second floor. Bed size: two mattresses 1.80 m x 2 m. A pull-out sofa bed for another person is located in the living/kitchen area. Wi-Fi and parking are included in the price. Additional costs to be paid locally in cash Tourist tax: 5.50 per adult/night, 2.60 per child/night (6-12 years). Guest card benefits, free use of train and bus from Küblis - Davos.

Renovated 4 1/2 room apartment on the first floor in the Rhätikon house. The kitchen, dining area and living room are bright and open. The three bedrooms are equipped with a bright wooden wall and a beautiful oak parquet. There is a bathtub, two sinks, toilet, washing machine and a tumbler in the bathroom. A new apartment in old walls awaits its guests. It is located directly on the Landwasser. The Rinerhornbahn and Davos Glaris train station / bus stop are a 2-minute walk away. On our terrace there is an outdoor hot tub for 5 people available free of charge. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few exterior stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with stunning views!

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
