Tiny house on historic property with gorgeous gardens. Enjoy the birds, flowers and morning coffee on the front porch of The Little House. The backyard has a charcoal grill, fire pit and table with umbrella. The pull out couch and LOFT bed are doubles. The LOFT is accessed by the ladder shown in the photos. The small kitchen has a unique four burner gas stove/oven and small refrigerator with separate freezer. Walking trails, beaches, restaurants, boating all nearby in EG and nearby.

My sweet little house of light is located in a private beach/boating community located on Narragansett Bay. The downstairs apartment is ideal for two. You'll have your own entrance and as much privacy as you'd like. It has a full kitchen, bath, living room, and washer/dryer. The beach is a 1/4 mile shaded walk. We are just over 1 mile from downtown Historic Wickford Village, and just 10 miles from famed Newport or the Narragansett Town Beach (arguably the most beautiful beach in RI).

We stayed 2 nights toward the end of Summer. It was about 1/2 hour outside of Newport, which we knew. We spent most of our time in and around Newport. If you don’t mind the back and forth, it’s perfect to sneak away from the crowds. Suzanne and Dan were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is the perfect size for 2 people and stocked with what you would need, if you want to cook or not. It was very clean and uncluttered with no knickknacks around. Due to time constraints we didn’t get to enjoy the yard, but could see it was very pretty and well maintained. We would recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

My family and I enjoyed our time at Debra’s place while we were in town for a wedding. There were two adults and one child . We had plenty of space. We used the pull out couch for our 12 year old to sleep . The decorating was beautiful ! The bed was comfy ! The shower was heavenly ! Great location to harbor and restaurants . The kitchen has a hot plate , toaster oven, refrigerator , and microwave . It’s not for making major meals , but some light cooking was able to be done ! There were lots of toiletries but bring your own coffee - which we did 😊! The check in and out was super easy too!

We stayed here for a girls weekend. I have an appreciation for historic homes so I loved the charm of this house. The old fire places and wood floors were amazing. The bathrooms and kitchens were updated with a modern feel. Wickford Village is so cute. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques within walking distance. The house is right on the water with a beautiful view. The host was very responsive and was onsite the same day when we notified her that a smoke detector was beeping for a low battery. Highly recommend if you love historic homes!

The cottage was as lovely as described and on beautiful grounds. Stephen welcomed us with his delicious homemade carrot cake, a bottle of bubbly and a welcome card for us and a graduation card for my son! It was all delightful! Would definitely stay here again.

We had such a lovely stay at Fly Fisher's Cottage! It was really easy to get to local restaurants and places to visit from here, and just as nice to walk around the neighborhood and visit the beach. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, and is very stylish to boot. Clare was super accommodating too. I would happily stay here again if we're in the area! P.s. Definitely visit Rome Point Cafe just around the corner, and try their griddled banana bread!

This was the best AirBnB experience and we will most certainly come back, and recommend to friends and others. Worth every penny. The bed overlooking the water with the sliding doors open to take on the air was amazing! Love, love, love this place!
