House vacation rentals in Whitemarsh Township

We had a lovely, cosy holiday stay with beautiful decorations and extra goodies to make it even more festive. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the beds were super comfortable. Kathleen responded rapidly and super kindly to all our questions. A great pick!

In a city of hundreds of stay options, Katerina's house was a great reminder for me on the positives of choosing an airbnb over a hotel. We had the whole house with a yard to ourselves. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The host was kind and responsive. All in all, it was perfect.

Jeneene’s was a great place to stay for our family. Beautifully appointed and well set up for kids. An easy distance to the airport and Philly sports venues. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Easily accommodated 9 adults and 3 toddlers.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

We had a nice stay at Caryle’s house. It was a nice location to explore Longwood gardens, Wintertur, and Philadelphia. Neighborhood was quiet. The house was nice and clean and we felt right at home. Caryle was very responsive and proactive.

This home has all of the amenities and was so peaceful. You can tell there are a lot of loving memories in this home. The owner is warm and communicative.

Excellent stay. Easy access to our destinations: Winterthur, Brandywine Museum of Art, and great restaurants for lunches and dinners. Lovely and very clean home, very comfortable. Lovely enclosed sunroom in back of house.

Better than expected. Troy's place has everything you need. Although the place itself is not situated in a super private area as its right across the university and its right up against the road and sidewalks. So you'll see lots of folks walking to and from their destinations but all good. Everyone seems to mind their business and its very tranquilo. Definitely nice to sit out on the porch or get some sun in the backyard while you watch kiddos play around. Troy's communication is great and answer's any questions you have. Even though its stated in listing that there is someone there in a separate private living space on property, you would never know lol. We didnt find out til our last day if someone actually was there, they are so quiet. You have all the privacy you need. Beautiful home, lovely area and just overall it was a great deal and find as we visited during a sad time. Thank you Troy.

The house was just lovely and comfortable. We were able to spread out to sleep, then gather in the living room and dining room to catch up and plan. We were in town for a family event so didn't get a chance to explore but the area seemed very nice and the locals were impressed with the location. Common areas were on the ground floor, three bedrooms on second (we had problems regulating the temp at night there) and then a single/twin bed on the top floor. It is an old house but clearly lovingly renovated so that it didn't feel old and creaky, except for the front doorknob coming off. I would stay there again and have recommended it to the Wilmington locals for their guests. All of the hosts were friendly, quick to answer questions, and work with our schedules. Thanks to you all!

We highly recommend this amazingly appointed space, located in a lovely neighborhood, very special and private, the perfect location for exploring all that Philly has to offer. We loved coming home to this house at the end of a busy day. We all wished we had more time to just sit around and enjoy the house!

Alicia is a an absolutely wonderful host! When I needed a last minute change of location and over a holiday she was extremely helpful in accommodating me last minute and made what could have been a horrible trip into a wonderful visit with family. I can’t say enough good things. House was clean, comfortable and very quiet and easy to commute into town. Would definitely recommend!

The many Du Pont gardens are a 15-minute drive through rolling hills studded with beautiful homes. This quiet, spacious house has nice outdoor spaces and artsy decor featuring sequined pillows, faux fur throws, antiques, whimsical sculptures, dried/artificial plants and many framed prints. There are lots of snacks, dishes, paper products and a good-sized small refrigerator. The HVAC system is quiet, and beds have comfortable foam toppers. The books include one with photographs detailing the history of the area. Nearby is Harvest Market, with prepared foods and friendly staff. Also, Taquerían Moroleón (Mark’s recommendation) where we got a wonderful shrimp taco dinner. After a long day of sightseeing, we dined while watching a Netflix movie on the huge TV. Mark is an exceptional host! After leaving, I mistakenly thought I had left behind a power cord and asked if he found it. He searched, then got down on his hands and knees to search again, then had his wife look too. Wow!

matthew's place iwas amazing. it is very close to the city center. the neighborhood is very quiet and very good place to rest. the place also amazing. all the amanities was there with an extras so we dont need to find here and there. the check out instructions was easy for us with a very large group of people. very recommended!

Gosh, we always enjoy staying here. Glenn and Kelly are such responsive and gracious hosts. This is our third stay here and they are a big reason for that. Of course, the biggest reason is that the house is so great and always fits our needs. Kennett Square is a a family site for us so very convenient to visit from this house. Also a quick drive to the airport. I really can't imagine I'd want to stay anywhere else when I'm in the area. In fact, we'd probably change our dates to get this house if it wasn't available when we want it in the future!

This large classic brick home was just what we needed. We would definitely book it again. And when we needed something the night we checked in, Val made a run to the grocery store and brought it to us, though it was almost midnight. Impressive!

He was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The home was very welcoming and more than met our needs at an affordable price.

John’s home was lovely, super clean, and exactly as described. I liked how it was in a very peaceful neighborhood not too far from the rest of Philly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there, and don’t mind coming back here next time I’m in town. I highly recommend John’s place for anyone looking for a private and relaxing spot away from all the noise.

We were visiting family in the neighborhood and friends in the area and Joshua's place was perfect for us. It was spacious, clean and had beautiful surroundings. Joshua was also very responsive every time we had questions. We would definitely want to stay there again next time we're visiting if it's available.

Great place! My wife and I stayed 6 nights with our 4 kids. One daughter did a week long summer ballet program nearby. The house was very nice. Plenty of space for everyone. We used delivery services for groceries. Location was ideal. Reanimator coffee shop (across the street) was our go to every morning. We walked to restaurants in the area. Having the SEPTA station nearby on Broad/Federal St was helpful but we also took an Uber to downtown for $7 to $20 depending on time of day. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner one night. Enjoyed having family time watching Olympics in the living room together or playing Scrabble at the dinner table. We used the washer and dryer since we had traveled over a week from home. Asli and Mike messaged/texted to make sure we had everything we needed and answered quickly when we had a question. They even dropped off some paper towels on day 2 after we had texted so we felt very cared for. Would definitely stay here again if in Philadelphia!

We had a wonderful time! The hosts were very helpful and everyone who came to visit us from Bucks County (our old home) loved the huge kitchen and dining area for our Easter dinner. It was a nice to have a new venue and not worry about who is hosting and who is cooking or cleaning. This way everyone did a little bit of everything and enjoyed themselves thoroughly as well. It was a unique and pleasant experience for all! Matt M
