There is shared access for an in-ground saltwater pool with the other house on the property (open Memorial-Labor day). A great place for a private getaway at anytime of the year, with an appropriate balance of experiencing the area's natural beauty while remaining convenient to nearby food and shopping.

Relax at this special spot located on the Ammonoosuc River. The sound of the river and the views of the mountains are amazing. Enjoy the fire pit with S'mores. Keep an eye out for the bald eagles and local wildlife. This 3 bed 2 1/2 bath (4 bed 3 1/2 if the "Bear Den" is rented see details) is the perfect space for families and couples and to get away from it all. This is our second home for the past 20 years, we are happy to share it with you! We are dog friendly, we consider your dogs people, therefore they count towards the 4 "person" guest total. We have no cleaning fee, as frequent guests elsewhere we think they are a scam on airbnb, therefore, we don't charge one. However, we expect you to clean our home well before check out including vacuuming so that when we do it again, if our next guests have allergies they are likely to do well ! thanks!

The rooms and outdoor spaces are extremely clean and clutter free. Just 1 1/2 miles from Bethlehem's center it feels miles away with meadows, mountains and an orchard for backdrops. Our home sits on top of a hill looking down over a very quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of North Conway, between North Conway Village and Intervale/Kearsarge. The house sits on 1/2 acre of wooded land with a long dirt driveway leading up to a parking area that can accommodate 2-4 cars. Our home has direct access to the Whitaker Woods trail system that runs from Kearsarge to North Conway Village. We are also a short walk to the Moat restaurant and Stonehurst/Wild Rose restaurant.
