Welcome to the “Blue Gull!” You will find everything you need for a perfect beach getaway in this cozy 1 bedroom condo! We are perched on the 3rd floor and with that comes tall ceilings, a balcony with a view of Lake Padre, and a peaceful quietness. While the condo is within walking distance to the beach (5 minutes), you can also have a vacation without leaving the complex. The community offers many other amenities...hot tub, heated pool, sauna, fitness center, etc. What’s not to love?!?!!!

Located next to the pool this unit is fully furnished with everything you'll need for a relaxing stay at the coast. Take a leisurely stroll to the beach, go fishing at the Packery Channel Jetties or swim and relax by the pool or on the patio. Open for lunch and dinner head over to The Boat House Bar & Grill for some great views, food, fun and drinks. Cart rentals within walking distance.

Our Island Gem is on a canal and just a short walk to the beach. Amenities include plush towels/linens, basic toiletries, hair dryer, iron, coffee bar, a pool, grill, fishing pier on canal, coin operated washer/dryer and designated free parking spot. Reward yourself with some island living and COME COAST AWHILE!
