Absolutely fantastic stay in the art suite. I really can’t think of a more comfortable place to stay in Vienna. Barbara and Alfred were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful, making my family feel right at home. It’s a very quiet place to stay, which is great if you have small children. An easy 10 minute walk to downtown, or a 20 minute walk to Stadtpark. In reality the location is as perfect as one could imagine. Everything you could possibly want out of a rental space and hosts exists here. 10/10 will definitely stay again.

The location was outstanding! The hospitality and apartment quality were exactly what one hopes for in an Airbnb stay. Furthermore, I would like to specifically commend the host for their great communication, which really added to the overall experience.

A well-appointed bathroom features white tiled walls and a green marble countertop with a round sink. Natural light enters through a window, illuminating the space. Fresh greenery is displayed near the sink, complemented by neatly arranged toiletries. A glass shower cabin is positioned beside the tub.

We loved our stay at this apartment hotel. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the St Stephens Cathedral, shopping, and restaurants. The area was quiet and safe but close enough to the activity. The reception is there 24/7 for any assistance. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was comfortable. We'd stay here again next time we come back to Vienna.

This is a really beautiful apartment. Super spacious and comfortable. The photos don’t even do it justice. It’s nicely decorated and perfectly located on a quiet street but close to a few neighborhoods, and about a 15 minute walk into the center. We didn’t want to leave!

When I return to Vienna I will definitely try to book here again. The apartment was exactly as pictured in the listing. It is very very comfortable, clean and easy to live in. Communication with Merlinda, via the app, was excellent. The apartment was easy to find, obviously I had seen it on Google Street before we left home, and with the clear instructions we gained entry very easily. I had not realised the bonus of being located right on the tram line, which meant travel in and out of the centre was very easy. The Vienna public transport is extremely frequent and efficient. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have had and despite there being a road immediately outside, the double glazing kept the apartment very quiet. We slept very well. The bathroom is large and new with a huge walk in shower and the bonus of a washing machine. Also iron and ironing board in a cupboard by the bed. The kitchen area is more than sufficient to make your own meals. Thoroughly recommend.

Essential but comfortable and great place to stay in Vienna. Although it is in front of the station, it is very quiet and not very busy. Very convenient service to the lobby that allows you to enjoy Nespresso coffee preparations at only the cost of waffle. Also highly recommended for metro and bus connections.

Very nice modern appartment, suitable for two. It is situated in the fifth floor of a high building with appartments and one hotel floor. The appartment has the most comfortable bed in the world, we slept really good. Everything was very clean and new. Furniture excelent. We stayed three persons (which is an ofered option), but a third chair was missing and there is only two pots for cooking. Kichten is very nice and modern, but the cuttlery is really basic. But we menaged nevertheless.The balcony is tiny with no outdoor chairs. Just a hint for those, who opt for brekfast in the hotel (independently-not in connection with the appartment): I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Seriously: 12 euro for almost nothing and a not-drinkable coffee. Don't do it!!!

Had a great stay here. The apartment is very spacious, probably larger than it appears in the photos, and it was impeccably clean. it is around a 20-25 minute walk to the city centre, or the tram is at the top of the street. There is also a convenience store and a few restaurant options in the neighbourhood if you don't wish to go into the city. many more restaurants around 15 min walk or a 5 min tram ride away. Communication was excellent before, during, and after the stay, and the checkin instructions were great and it was an easy to follow process....and I loved the keypad door lock....no worrying about carrying a key around all the time. I highly recommend a stay here.

We could not have been more pleased with our apartment or the hosts. Aleksandra and Alexander were extremely responsive and welcoming. When we arrived, Alexander gave us a detailed tour of the building, our apartment, and even the surrounding area, pointing the way to cafes and attractions. The apartment is located in a clean, safe neighborhood in close proximity to everything we needed, including grocery stores and public transportation. The apartment was extremely comfortable and clean, and all necessary amenities were included. A & A anticipate their guests' needs, providing everything from ironing boards to extra paper towels. From the warm welcome to the special touches, A & A made this experience perfect. We cannot thank them enough, not just for the beautiful apartment nestled in a great area, but for all of their help and hospitality during our entire stay. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to rest your head every night in Vienna, this is the place for you.

The apartment was nice, clean, large with lot's of light and large (shared) terrace. Everything was prepared for us. It's a great location for cycling trips (you can rent the bike there) and there is a lot of space for the skis during the winter. Kitchen was well equipped and I can recommend this place.

Great place, great apartment. The only problem is the noise during the evening and partly also during the night. If you want to sleep you might have a problem. Lively beer pub under the window and, electronic music club in the building (we visited on Friday night and some techno or disco took place there, so we could hear it until 2am or s). Perfect for those who come to have fun and party outside, less for those looking for a quieter place to sleep.

Very pleasant stay. Even the taxi driver said “Wow you’re staying here?” When we arrived so knew it was a great location. Close to local shops and amenities. Very close to the Christmas markets max 30 min walk away from the furthest one. Alen was super flexible with the check in and out. Gave us a lot more time in the flat. They have a reception and laundry room in the building which is great if you accidentally leave the keys in the flat which we did (Whoops!) Thank you for being a great host Alen. Lovely apartment, we will definitely stay again.

The apartment we had included 2 bedrooms with 2 toilets + kitchen and a living room. it was PERFECT for a family of 2 adults + 2 little kids (1 and 3). - closed to evertying, walking distance in Vienaa - ground floor, so no strollers in elevators/stairs - 2 bedrooms - high availability for baby/toddler related products - baby crib, mattreses, clean sheets, small tub for shower, stool. Velbona was very friendly and helped us with a missing baby crib when we arrived.

Ours a month long stay. Sept 2024. The apt had a wonderful spacious layout. Long hallway leads to the large living/kitchen. Hardwood floors. Off the main hallway was the shower/sink bathroom; and a separate toilet room. The bedroom was accessible through the bathroom, and also from the kitchen/living room. Large old windows. Lots of clothes storage in the bedroom. There were too few bath towels. Upon our having inquired about this, more were delivered. The shower was a concern as it did not drain well, and water leaked at the base of the glass panel. But all was attended to, rectified by the hosts promptly when we notified them of the issues. With warmer/summer temps there can be outdoor cafe/people noise until very late. Once the weather cooled, noises calmed down. Steady stream of cars on street below, all coming from Mariahilfer Strasse. Perfectly located with walking everywhere. Many wonderful cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries nearby. Walk and you will find. Elevator. W/D
