What a beautiful home. Super spacious, kitchen amazing had everything we needed. Rooms were warm and super comfortable. Lounge area was our most common used room as it was comfy and made us feel at home. Overall this place is super nice, will definitely be back. Host communicated so well. Great stay 👌🏽

Our families enjoyed our stay at Ezra’s after visiting Hobbiton. The house was clean, homely and everything we needed. Check-in process was simple and our hosts shared fabulous restaurant recommendations for lunch and dinner.

Their house is incredibly cozy and truly feels like home. John, in particular, is always so accommodating, warmly welcoming us every time we return after a long drive. 😊 We absolutely love both the location and the house itself—it’s peaceful, serene, and incredibly relaxing. The perfect place for our family holiday. With two under 5 and this being our first family of 4 holiday it was a great comfort to arrive and see they'd put out items to help the kids ease into the new space. A kiddy table and chairs, toys, books. The extra touch was really appreciated and helped the kids feel at ease right away. The place was spotless. Couldn't fault it.

Despite the terrible weather we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views and cosy accommodation. Julia was very helpful and a great host. Really appreciated the little extras like cheese and nibbles and ingredients for continental and cooked breakfast. Very convenient to walk into town…. highly recommend Paradise on Pines

My husband, my friend and I very much enjoyed our stay at John’s place. It was as described, situated conveniently near both the beach and town. Especially appreciated was a second bathroom. John responded promptly to a query or two and offered helpful suggestions. We would definitely recommend his place and would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The apartment itself is so spacious, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The location was close to everything- we walked everywhere the weekend. Will most definitely be back - this is the perfect place for a weekend in the Mount!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. It was spacious indoors. Sitting outside with a cold drink taking in the view and watching tuis, quail and fantails was great. We made use of the barbecue and washing machine. Kitchen area was compact. Alan the host was welcoming and gave us good tips on things to do.

A great central location with all you need in the apartment. Thoughtful touches with the Christmas decorations and also quiet despite being in a busy complex of apartments.

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

Place was neat, tidy and clutter free. Had everything we needed for a family, which was so helpful. The location was convenient with Mcdonalds, cafe, dairy and more all right there. Sienna was easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay.

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

Fantastic, clear instructions which included everything you needed to know. It's a great location and was perfect for us being close to our beach event and also close to shops/restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. We were so grateful of the fans in the lounge and bedrooms!

What a gorgeous place to stay in, I was there during some stormy weather and the harbour view was incredible. Everything is in a walkable distance, and the kitchen has all the basics covered if you wanted to stay in and cook (and enjoy the space and view instead). Everything was tidy, spacious, and thoughtfully presented. James was wonderful and very responsive to communicate with. Next time I'm in Tauranga I would love to stay again!
