You feel you are the only ones on earth on this forty acres and Tiny House. Vistas for hundred of miles surround you. Civilization has disappeared and you (and guests) absorb the peace, quiet, and opportunity to just be...something some visitors say “that they had not experienced before”. Tiny House has most of the amenities you would expect with a -large deck, wifi, streaming, Dish tv. Fire Pit. This 1,600 sq ft ground level apartment with garden area and separate entrances has a full bath and complete kitchen. Queen bed in one bedroom, a crib in semi private area and another large bedroom has two queen beds with bookcases separating beds. Hiking, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, swimming or floating the John Day River, and available roads for ATV riding. On our 320 acres you can relax around outside fireplace, take in the views of our amazing landscape, watch the birds and wildlife.

The cabin offers a quiet place, to relax, and enjoy all the trees and surrounding nature.There are lots of places to go for walks, or just enjoy a quiet breakfast, on the deck. The J & O Guesthouse was built in the early 1900s and has undergone significant additions and renovations to make it a very comfortable home. Two large living rooms, two bedrooms are waiting for you near the center of Spray. Just bring your own food and kick back for a pleasant stay. We are happy to share our extra house with you and hope you enjoy it. The views in Wheeler County are spectacular and there is fantastic fishing, hunting and the nearby John Day Fossil Beds and Painted Hills.

We are located directly off the path of the scenic John Day By-Way gate way to the John Day Fossil Beds. 6 minutes away from the fully stocked fishing hole "Rowe creek Reservoir." 12 minutes away from Twickenham boat launch. 47 minutes from The Painted Hills & 23 away from our local Tiger Town Brewery. Tim-Buck II cabin is a new addition to us. It has been newly remodeled and is part of our family heritage. I do offer prepared meals & shopping with advance notice. Store hours are limited.
