Peaceful residential area and close to everything. Good size 2/1 home with comfortable bed and good size yard for the fur babies. Liked the fact there was a carport available. One item to note…there is no TV but the internet is strong and reliable. It is noted in the description that a TV is not included but I personally missed this fact. I would stay here again and would recommend this home.

Cottons Cabin was amazing!! One of the most relaxing vacation places I’ve ever stayed! My daughter loved fishing in the pond, we went looking for frogs after dark, and spent our days roaming all over the area. Best part was it’s only an hour to Matagorda so we got to go enjoy the beach for a bit.

This home and the hosts are incredible! Our family of four had a wonderful time indoors and out. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a sweet note and the most delicious homemade pie.! Tina and Leroy truly thought of everything and went out of their way to make us feel right at home. The property is beautiful—we spent most of our time outside enjoying the lovely landscape and the peacefulness of the nature that surrounded the property. The home itself is gorgeous, spacious, and cozy. What a sweet retreat! We hope to be back again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at the ranch. Very private and beautiful countryside. Was absolutely perfect for our group getaway!!! House has AMAZING character and there is lots of detail about its history which we also loved reading in the notes framed on the wall in the house. And the PORCH!!! Oh my goodness- perfect for an evening beer or wine! 🍷 So many friendly folks in the city of Columbus as well…. And appreciate the responsiveness of our hosts!! Will be staying here again!!!!

Alejandras place was the perfect place for us to spend over a month while in town for work. Great location,clean house, and fully stocked with everything we needed. She was very helpful and responsive and even helped us out within minutes when we'd managed to lock ourselves out of the house. This will be our go to abnb anytime we are back in town.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and everytime it's more and more enjoyable. I will continue to stay here on my yearly trips to Texas.

Had a guys retreat here and it suited our needs perfectly. We are heavy sleepers so we were not bothered by the nearby train at night. Ines provides earplugs and there are also fans in the closet if needed. Ines is very responsive and even allowed me to go back to her home after checkout to retrieve my Bluetooth speaker.

The house was clean and comfortable. Shari was always prompt replying to messages and quickly took care of a minor issue with the WiFi. Very reasonable cost and I would recommend this house if you need a place in the area.

The kitchen features a modern design with white cabinets and stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove and refrigerator. A wooden dining table with metal chairs is positioned nearby. Natural light fills the space through a window above the sink.
