Enjoy the gardens and BBQ area or walk the 2 minutes to Little Manly beach and near to shops and transport

Salt and Village is a modern, private stand alone 2 bedroomed house, with a fabulous beach and great village on your doorstep. Private garden with a sunny sea facing deck to enjoy those sundowners with a view. Right on the beach, a large, light and airy living space (160sqm upstairs house). Backed by native bush with expansive views of the beach and sea/sunrises to the front. Matakatia is a tidal inner harbour beach with safe swimming in summer, and for the brave in winter.

Only a quick walk to the beach and Manly village there is plenty to keep you occupied and a great choice of places to eat and drink. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.
