We had a great stay, Ian was very responsive and helpful with any issues we had - great location, very close to Piccadilly gardens and tram stop just outside - you could hear a bit of street noise at night but that’s to be expected from an old property, maybe bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Beautiful interior design & clean - would definitely stay again!

Mike's place is comfortable, clean, and adequate for 4 people, although provides for six. It's superbly kitted out, down to the last tea bag! That's an understatement! If this is an overnight and you have forgotten your "you know what's", and you are boarding for Barbados tomorrow morning, Mike will sort you out and get you to the airport. I'm sure of it! The Garden Apartment is a basement flat with very little natural light. Don't let that deter you! The facilities are first class. There are mirrors and creative lighting which make it feel light. Plus the garden, which is your private space to enjoy with BBQ. The garden is a delight with Roses and Wisteria, and many plants I could no identify. It's good!

Fantastic place to stay in the heart of MCR! Right on the doorstep of the canal, a stones throw away from central, Northern Quater and Ancoats. Amazing reccomendations from the host and a quick guided tour round Kampus. Definitely would recommend and stay again if I ever get the chance!

We stayed here with a nearly 1 year old and it was great! We were able to borrow most things we needed although Laura kindly offered to help us if we couldn’t source anything baby related. Really well kitted out and all completely as described. Amazing location in a lovely quiet area yet close to the buzz of West Didsbury. Laura and Jonny were so accommodating. A lovely stay.

Fantastic place in beautiful area. It had 2 large bedrooms and a lovely living/kitchen area. Spotlessly clean and nice little touches such as coffee, tea, fresh milk, bread rolls and fresh butter. The place is located in a wonderful area and is only a 5 minute walk from an array of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again and would recommend without hesitation.

The elevator was broken, I had to carry my bags to the first floor.

Very responsive and friendly host. The place looks like the photos. Easy check-in. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. It’d be great to have amenities like shampoo, rinse and body wash provided and some other facilities get fixed. The glassdoor of the one of the bedrooms was detached and almost fell off, but wasn’t a big deal for us since we don’t use it. Overall worth the price.

We stayed at Hongkai’s for the Manchester marathon with our toddler. The place was clean, spacious, and had lots of little bits that made life easier with a little one, such as a high chair, toys, books, blackout curtains, even the ducks across the road made for good entertainment. Hongkai’s communication was exceptional and check in was flawless. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Very friendly host , also very quick to respond. Place was as described and had all amenties you need and very local to everything we wanted for our . Very happy about all of our stay. Would definitely book again .

Organised a little peaceful hen-do getaway, and this house was just perfect! Rooms were beautiful, everything was amazingly clean, felt right at home and all the girls loved it! Beautiful outdoor garden to relax as well as a lovely cinema room to enjoy watching some films with the girls. Host was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond whenever we had any questions or needed anything. Made our stay extremely comfortable! Would definitely reccomend this lovely house! Thank you!!!

Peter’s place was exactly as it looks in the photos, finished to a high standard, and clean throughout. We had sky tv & Netflix throughout the house (including the cinema room), and enjoyed the easy to use Sonos-style speakers that are situated throughout the house. There are walkable shops and pubs in the village nearby and it’s a short drive to Tatton Park, Quarry Bank or Alderley Edge if you’re looking for outdoor walks. The pond & stream in the garden are great to look out upon and provide a peaceful setting. Everything was straight forward but Peter was easily contactable if we needed him. A great stay overall and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Toms house felt like home. We felt extremely comfortable and content. Beautifully decorated and pristine. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for the five of us, we would definitely recommend and would love to return. Having a bedroom en suite plus a downstairs loo and a family bathroom was a bonus. Lovely eating area with open plan kitchen. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough it deserves 6 stars across the board for each category.

Lovely place. Tastefully decorated. 25 minute walk to Old Trafford or 5 minute walk to a train that will take you there. Train will take you right into the heart of the city in 20 minutes also. Very good communication from host. Extremely comfy beds. The stairs down to the basement apartment are a little inconsistent in size; wasn't a problem for us but may not suit an older person. Overall, very good stay.

We had such a great girls weekend here! We weren’t from the area and the host was so helpful with giving recommendations and just always answering any questions we had straight away. The house is a great space and all 8 of us loved it!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cosy summer house — it truly felt like home. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to both work comfortably and cook our own meals with ease. The little garden quickly became our favourite spot for lunch and dinner — peaceful, charming, and perfect for enjoying the sunshine. Miriam and Julio were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The property was also immaculately clean, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

we came to Manchester to see robbie williams and were lucky to find warrens boutique apartment available. I've used lots of air b n b over the years and what struck me was exceptionall communication from the moment we booked from warren it's really helpfull to be presented with a list of reccomend restaurants in advance. the apartment feels really secure and every detail you can tell has been meticulously thought through. such a comfy bed great lighting through out big fridge freezer lots of towels and great wall art I highly reccomend this apartment thanks warren!

Excellent location. A Sainsbury Local right downstairs for necessary supplies. The place extremely clean, spacious exactly as described. Everything including toilets has a refreshed and new look and feel. Towel and bed linens are snow white, together with the amenities like 5-star hotel standard. Inclusion of covered parking is a real standout bonus. The only challenge is that it's not the most straight-forward to locate the lockbox. It can be helped by including a normal map (top view) to show the excact lockbox location as the photos can be a bit tricky with the varying shooting angles. Overall a very pleasant experience and value-for-money stay.
