Debbie’s place is perfection. The place is well-maintained, the surroundings are peaceful, walkable and beautiful. I look forward to returning!!

The owners had prearranged our pickup at the airport. Our driver, Richie, quickly loaded our bags into the car and off we went. The drive to Little Bay, across the mountain was amazing. Stopping for some jerk chicken on the way. Riche told us a bit about Jamaica and the village we were heading to. He was very informative and answered so many questions! The sound of the waves crashing against the rocks was the sound I fell asleep to every night. Morning coffee was under the gazebo by the sea, listening to the waves and contemplating “why would we ever want to leave paradise”? We came to understand the kitchen is Annie’s domain while the house was under Sophies care. Together they prepared fabulous meals and kept the house spotless. During the heat of the day, we would take a refreshing dip in the pool located right next to the sea. I want everyone to know, we were two women traveling alone without any concerns. Felt completely safe. Andrew and staff, 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

this air BNB was fabulous. it was safe and secure and owner was friendly and took us around and dropped us at airport. he was safe driver. apartment was immaculately clean and comfy. Location excellent. This listing is a hidden gem

Before my trip, I was a bit unsure about how this reservation would turn out because of a weird encounter with another host (Yourie) who I originally booked a reservation with that had the exact same images listed as Fantasea. I’m still not quite sure what was behind that entire situation, but once I reached out to Tina she was very responsive and informed me that she was in fact the owner of this unit. I was very happy with my stay. It’s a very comfortable place in a convenient location. There is security and the property was very peaceful and serene. It made you feel like you were at a small private resort of your own. The wifi was a bit unstable at times especially if I had to use more than one device at a time, but other than that everything else was just fine. Tina’s assistant checked on me periodically to make sure everything was okay, and answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend for anyone who is interested in having a more local experience in Negril and for longer term stays.

We just spent two weeks in Negril with Marva. Her hospitality is superb, as well as being a genuinely nice person, she is a very proactive and responsive host. She helped arrange airport transportation, which was prompt and efficient, and much appreciated. She is close by if you need anything or have a question, but was very respectful of privacy. Regarding the space: it was larger than expected, the bedroom, bath and closet were quite large and comfortable. Bed was comfy and the a/c was so nice at night. Water pressure was an intermittent problem, but I think that is expected in Negril. Plenty of hot water. The kitchen is adequately stocked for cooking simple meals, full size refrigerator. Great pool available for guests. Our favorite aspect of the apartment was the covered spacious verandah where we could listen to the birds or watch a good tropical rain storm. Location is off the main road, but easy to access taxis. Several good restaurants (Patsy's!) walkable. Book it!

Shawn was the ground keeper, and He was AWESOME whatever was needed for the house or anything else he took care of quickly and without a problem. We had Chef Tony and Chrissy who cooked for us. The Food was Amazing would recommend. Lastly, Kareka and Brittney took care of maintaining the house. These ladies were a Complete JOY. Hands down Felt at Home with everyone. Love the People and Place the only Con were the Mosquitos lol

Had a good stay overall. The space itself is very quiet and relaxing. The one issue I ran into was being racially profiled by security who followed me around and asked if I was really a resident, even after I showed them my keys they were disrespectful. I found them hanging out in the backyard near my bedroom window and asked them to move and they were rude and disrespectful. But I spoke to their manager and it was addressed. Besides that frustrating experience, I had a good experience here overall.

I stayed at Karen's for a week with my toddler daughter - we just loved the fruit market down the road, being in town, and close to the beach. Karen and Davian were very friendly and helpful.

What an amazing place! When we first arrived Jeff showed us the whole entire house and explained to us everything we needed to know for the time we were staying. Jeff also took the time to answer anything questions we had. After unpacking and settling in we really took notice to how nice the house really was. The house is very clean and each bedroom had its own privacy with each one having its own bathroom with all the amenities we needed. Also there is a powder room on the main floor for guests. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and grill each day and night. There is enough keys and gate openers and also there was a laptop and wifi. The pool was great with lights and jets. There was two gas grills and one coal grill. We chose to use the coal grill. There is a air conditioner in every room although the house is nice and cool so we didn't really need to use them all. This house is located in a nice gated community. Its safe and also quiet. There was security at the gate 24 hours a day and they were great and patient with all the coming and going we did through out the day and night. Jeff is only a phone call away at anytime for anything we needed and also called and checked with us to see if there was anything we needed. Cant wait until the next time we are able to vacation there again. Thanks Again Jeff!

We are an international couple on our honeymoon that very much enjoyed our stay and the hospitality that we received from Siggi, our host. She went out of her way to make us comfortable in Negril, and remained easily available for communication or problem solving whenever something came up where we needed help. We very much appreciated it! While the location may not be the perfect spot to access all of Negril's attractions (esp. the beach), the neighbourhood surrounding the loft is very quiet and we felt comfortable, even walking through it.

Beautiful place and perfect little Oasis. I had such a fabulous time. Close scenic walk to beach, so close to town, perfect location. Room was beautiful!!! I had EVERYTHING I needed at this place. Fridge, cable, Wifi, full private bath, hot water, Full kitchen fully equipped. I was in complete bliss. Ganga store 2 min walk. I can't recommend it enough. In house cab at your service 24/7. ???? Amazing! So private. Close too food, restaurants. Host was amazing! Will be recommending to everyone. Best AirBNB so far in Negril. Gem and such a nice price and soooo relaxing and private. What are you waiting for ?!

Sharon’s house is up the road a bit and into the beautiful natural surroundings. The road is a bit rough and narrow though so be mindful. I stayed with my husband and two teenage sons, so the three bedrooms were perfect. The house had AC in all bedrooms. There were two bathrooms, which was incredible so we didn’t have to share with the boys! The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools needed to make meals. We even enjoyed a meal cooked by Sharon’s partner using achee picked in the garden! Staying here felt like being at home. We enjoyed the outside space very much. My youngest son loved the puppies and goats at one of the neighbours. We had a rental car so it was easy for us to get to the attractions near by in Nagril. Especially 7 Mile Beach, Barney’s hummingbirds, and Rick’s Cafe. Sharon insisted we go to Rick’s at sunset and we weren’t disappointed with that recommendation. Beautiful. Sharon was very friendly and was easy to talk to. She kindly checked in to ensure all was well.
