There is a lovely front porch ideal for enjoying beautiful sunsets. Queen size bed in separate bedroom with a sofa bed available in lounge if required. * No cleaning fees :) * Relax and unwind on our small peaceful farm guest sleep out. One bedroom one bathroom sleep out with kitchenette. One king size bed and a pull out sofa bed. Would suggest this for children only for the limited room. Can provide a travel cot for infants if organised in advance. 10 mins drive away from Kai Iwi beach and a 20-25mins drive to Whanganui. We are situated on the main highway but far enough to not hear traffic. Great location for kids to run around.

Situated across the road from the beautiful river walkway, you'll enjoy walking to the Saturday morning market, the iconic Waimarie paddle steamer, popular Yellow House cafe, Kowhai Park playground, shops and much much more. Freshly refurbished throughout, one bedroom has a queen bed and freeview TV. The other has 2 single beds . There is also a bed/settee in the lounge. Sunny and centrally located with a small yard.
