Bright, clean & cosy, sliding doors open onto a private deck. Our studio is not set up for self-catering but you can make a simple breakfast & we are very close to great cafes/bars/food stores. This small self-contained studio is situated in the back garden of our house and is accessed via its own private entrance. Please note there are a few stairs so no wheelchair access. It is fully equipped with its own bathroom, kitchen, washing machine and deck. It has one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Located in Grey Lynn, which is one of Auckland's very popular inner-city suburbs. We are close to public transport and only 10-15 minutes from the city centre and Ponsonby.

Grey Lynn/Ponsonby: Stunning more than just a room

You'll love our location, it is quite unique. In a prior life it was a mechanics workshop which we have repurposed into a delightful home. BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you. Relax in the covered terrace with a cuppa in the morning and unwind with a beer or wine in the evening before hitting the many fine restaurants and eateries in the area. Tea, coffee, milk and "some treats" included.
