A lovely guest house in the garden of a family home, in a quiet residential area. A short drive to Clifton Village, the harbourside, the universities, Ashton Gate, Southmead Hospital and the BRI, the Balloon Fiesta, and Cribbs Causeway. Easy access to Bristol Airport. Perfect for longer lets and fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine/ tumble dryer. Access is separate from the main house and there is ample free on street parking. The garden is shared - we have a very friendly dog.

Lovely flat in Westbury on Trym. Fabulous location

Stones throw from Henbury Golf Course, Blaise Castle Estate, and 10min walk to Westbury -on-Trym Village. Close to Southmead Hospital. Private entrance from Ground Floor with stairs to first floor (only 2 Flats in the building). Bed 1: King Bed 2: Single with pull out single bed - will make into King or 2 singles. There is a private garden to the rear with a summer house. As this is a residential property, I ask that noise is kept to a minimum. Please be respectful of neighbours.

Recently refurbished, 1000 sq ft (93 sq m), light and airy garden flat in a large Victorian house. Seconds away from the restaurants, bars, shops and train station of Whiteladies Road. A few minutes from Clifton Downs and Bristol University. Guests have shared use of gardens. In addition to the kingsize bed, we have a Z-Bed plus a travel cot for infants. The kitchen has basic essentials for two people, so unfortunately it is not ideal entertaining friends and family.

This Grade II Listed home and family house, dates back to 1715 with some extensions c.1820. We renovated the separate old stables building to build a mezzanine king-sized bed deck and shower room in this completely separate private annex, with its own entrance.
