This 1882 Victorian Mansion has been renovated with a modern kitchen, 4.5 baths, and 7 bedrooms that complement the original character of the house. It features a dining room with seating for 10+, living room with 58" TV, 3rd floor bonus living room, a sunny deck with grill and patio seating, ample yard space for games, and more. Our house is conveniently located minutes off I-95 and close to downtown restaurants and breweries, while only 10 minutes to Portland and 20 minutes to Sebago.

Sunflower Retreat in North Back Cove

The Sunflower Retreat is a private, self-contained, peaceful hideaway. Located in the back half of an adorable 1920's home, this BnB space has everything you could need. A driveway leads you around to the back of the house, where a stone walkway guides you to your own private patio and entrance. Steep Falls is a rural village. Our home is a 5 min walk to the Saco River a favorite destination for canoeing, kayaking or tube floating (after the spring run off!) It is just a 10 min drive to the boat launch for Sebago Lake, one of Maine's largest and most beautiful bodies of water.
