Enjoy a visit to our family friendly home and neighbourhood. A short distance to shores of Lake Macquarie for a walk or bike ride. We are spoilt for choice with 4 great cafes and 1 pub serving amazing food and coffee within walking distance. The popular Speers Point Park is right at our doorstep, with room for the kids to run also hosting regular markets as well as food and sporting events. 25-30 minutes to the heart of Newcastle 15-20 minutes to beaches 15 minutes to 2 large shopping centres

There is a fully detached space at the rear of the property. The person using this space and sharing the deck as a common area is quiet, loves animals, and uses the deck area for access to the garage. They have no access to the main house. They will know about your stay, and will be looking forward to saying hi. The deck is fenced and animal friendly.
