great place to stay in the DivaSpa hotel. Close to the beach. Fresh rolls right across the street in a small shop. Had nice days in Kolberg. Were able to reach everything on foot from the property. Bikes can be borrowed at the hotel, spa, sauna and gym can be used in the hotel for a fee.

Amazing place, great location, near everything in Szczecin. The place was super clean, spacious, easy to locate. Przemysław is very responsive, allowed for an early check in, provided wonderful recommendations. Overall, a truly amazing experience. Can’t wait to stay at Przemysław’s place next time I’m in Szczecin.

I highly recommend renting this apartment! I've had the opportunity to stay in it twice, and I've been very happy every time. The apartment is not only beautifully finished but also spotlessly clean. There were small amenities waiting for me, like a variety of teas and bottles of water, which was a nice gesture. The apartment is well thought out in terms of functionality. It has a place to eat, a comfortable couch to relax, and a separate bedroom, which allows you to rest comfortably with even two people, without disturbing other travelers. The location is also a big advantage. There are plenty of parking spaces under the block, making it easy to park right next to the entrance. During one of my visits, I traveled by public transport and I also had no problems – the place is well connected. I recommend this apartment to anyone who is planning a visit to Koszalin. We spent a week our vacation in the apartment, the welcome was extremely warm so that we immediately felt comfortable. The apartment was very clean and cozy, everything we needed to relax was there. The location was fantastic 5 minutes to the beach, but very quiet . It was all within walking distance of great places to eat and do activities. Conclusion thanks to Beata's great accommodation, our vacation was so beautiful🥰 we will definitely book again if we can . We can highly recommend the accommodation.

The apartment is modern and was very clean. The host was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The underground parking space, which belonged directly to the apartment was particularly convenient. The spa area is open until 10 pm, but we should have registered the sauna in advance, which was unfortunately not known to us. More detailed information in advance would have been helpful, as the instructions are only displayed in the spa area and exclusively in Polish. However, the staff on site were very helpful. In the low season it was pleasantly quiet, everything is within walking distance. However, hardly a restaurant was open after 8 pm. For the sofa bed there is an extra topper (in the bed box) for extra comfort. What we were missing in the living room were blackout curtains. The apartment is also somewhat clairaudient, which could be disruptive with noisy neighbors, as there are several Airbnbs in the residential complex. Overall nice stay & recommendation!

Great location next to the park, city centre within a short walking distance. We enjoyed our stay. The tenth floor gave a nice view, but also some traffic noise (not too bad though).

Great location, we were looking for an apartment next to friends and it worked out) I want to say that the photo and reality don't match a bit! In fact, the apartment is much better than the photo, everything is needed, clean, bright, there is a place, the bathroom is spacious ! It was very nice to visit there) friendly owner, no problems with check-in) thank you again very much )

Great location, literally a few steps to the sea, access to all the necessary and necessary things, like silverware plates, a vacuum cleaner, etc. (with a small child, it's really a must-have🙈) and a nice host. Very nice place to stay in a building with an upscale standard in a pleasant location. Downtown and beach within walking distance. Communication absolutely wonderful. Lars reacts and responds super quickly. You get the feeling that he wants to make your stay as pleasant and beautiful as possible. Very stylish interior of the apartment. Modern and high-quality materials were used. The highlight is the gym in the basement as well as the sauna and the roof terrace. Note: The apartment does not have an oven. Microwave and toaster are available. Overall 5/5 and a clear recommendation.

Nice - I chose this place because of traveling with a dog. Dogs are allowed throughout the house, I only saw two and therefore that didn't stand out at all. The construction is super new and the apartment looks nicer than on the pictures; especially the kitchen is extremely high quality, not as blue as pictured. Everything is available and four of them. Great to find a vacuum cleaner, mop, beach chairs and more at this place, which I never thought. The underfloor heating keeps everything nice and warm in winter, a well furnished balcony with green views is great for relaxing. Within walking distance it is one block to the sea, parking (paid) is in front of the house and the area is pleasantly quiet. There are some small cafes nearby, but you should take the car or plan a good walk to the promenade with more action. Especially like me in winter. I would come back, such a clean accommodation is too rare. THANK YOU to the Balltic team.

We stayed with Irene and her husband for 9 days. The two were really extremely charming and helpful and never intrusive. We really enjoyed the stay and always felt very comfortable. The place was great and there is everything you needed. We especially enjoyed the quiet and direct proximity to the beach (about 10 minutes' walk) and nature and that was of course also a great time with our dog Emma (ideal for dog owners, also the beach). What was also very nice was that there is a restaurant and a small grocery store in the immediate vicinity and the center of Jaroslawiec is also always worth a visit, there are many nice shops as well as restaurants. We were not there the last time and will be very happy to stay with Irene and her husband again next time. Thank you so much for the wonderful time and great hospitality. We highly recommend the place, it was really great . Everything exactly as described. Well-equipped kitchen. Everything sparkling clean. The beach is practically right outside the door. A new staircase was built in front of the complex, which - if it is connected (I think it will be so in the summer) - the direct beach access allowed. It was still quite quiet now, but wonderful for us. You're almost alone on the beach. The swimming pool/sauna/steam sauna area was also great.

The apartment is unique with the unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea! The amenities corresponded to the description, in addition, the apartment was very clean! We will be back :)

We enjoyed the accommodation in the Westin House very much. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. And personally nothing was missing from our stay. We were able to park the car in a parking space provided for us in the garage. Particularly noteworthy is also the modern wellness area within the house, which invites you to stay. We would book this accommodation again anytime!

The place was very nice, very large terrace and nice close to the Baltic Sea. Marcin was super quick to respond and very very nice. We highly recommend the apartment for families, but also couples, the in-house swimming pool is great, especially if the weather doesn't play along. We will be happy to come back 🤗

The apartment is really great. Everything is as on the pictures - neat, clean, just a place to feel good. The balcony overlooking the canal and the small marina is great. And the underground parking is a huge plus. Everything necessary is available, we lacked nothing. We would definitely book it again.

Nice studio flat with great views across the city. The spa facilities, included in the price, were lovely. Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, loungers - and a pile of ice for the brave !
