Troy was the best host we’ve ever rented from! He was so friendly and made me feel right at home. The property was the most unique building I’ve ever stayed in. The vintage farmhouse was gorgeous and yet still had the modern kitchen and bathroom to make my stay comfortable. He made my stay of one week very delightful!!! If I ever come back to the area, I wouldn’t hesitate to rent the property or even just stop in to say hello!!!!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at Walton’s place in Oneonta! The pictures matched exactly what the apartment looked like. Super clean, easy to get to, and has clear instructions to get into the building and the apartment. We would 100% come back and stay again. Check-in is a little late so be prepared to do a lot before checking in. In the heart of Main Street so you will be close to everything!

It was a beautiful and peaceful outside, we watched the fireflies and fireworks from the ball park. If your looking for the best place to stay while at Cooperstown this it, it’s probably a mile to the park and easy to relax and go to sleep when you come back exhausted we enjoyed ourselves

The house was perfect for some baseball moms who wanted to stay close to All Star Village. The restaurants nearby were amazing. Mercy had the house stocked with all essentials that would be needed for the week!
