First of the locations is amazing you wake up in the morning with a perfect view of a huge platanos. The place it was very clean and we have some local products waiting for us at the entrance of the house. I definitely recommend to a family of 4-5 people it was Very comfortable with a very good heating system. I couldn't describe the place with other words than the Perfect cozy place.

A large balcony offers sweeping views of the lake, with several outdoor dining tables and wooden chairs arranged for comfort. Glass railings provide an unobstructed sightline to the water and surrounding landscape, under a clear blue sky with scattered clouds.

The location overlooking the lake in Kastoria was wonderful and the accommodation was delightful. This place and Kastoria in general are hidden gems. I'm not sure why Kastoria isn't a must visit location? Our host Al operates at another level though. His love, care and attention was unexpected but wonderfully welcome. Whether you require a restaurant recommendation, or a driver to take you across the border for a day of sightseeing, Al was there to not only suggest options, but facilitate your every wish. A wonderful, wonderful stay and experience. Thank you Al.

Elizabeth is a great host. There was no problem when we arrived. It answered our requests immediately. She also gave us directions to the city. Very kind and hospitable. The house is in a great location. You can go to the city center on foot. Very ergonomic and ideal for 4 people. I would highly recommend it as a choice.

The house is just perfect! Helen and Nick were very friendly hosts. The house is just like the pictures and even better. It was very warm and comfy. The kitchen fully equipped, they had even breakfast food waiting for us. The surroundings are very peaceful and private, the view is breathtaking. You have the view to the lake from both the bedroom and the living room. We enjoyed having our breakfast in the morning and a glass of wine in front of the fireplace in the night! We will surely return. Super grateful for the hospitality to Helen and Nick

Mrs. Dina and her husband were great hosts! We were very happy with our stay, the accommodation is located in the center of the city with a great view of the lake, we parked the car once and we did everything on foot... Thank you so much for everything! I highly recommend it!

Our stay was unique! Katarina gave us a lot about our arrival and gave us very useful tips. Very beautiful room, had everything we needed for our stay and it was always warm with a beautiful view of the river ! It's the best option for a couple looking to rest.

Great lake views , lively but not noisy location with easy parking and walking distance to everything in the city!!! It surpassed all expectations!
