Fantastic walkable location! Everything you need is provided, comfy bed, with secure parking and available laundry. This was the perfect base for me while visiting Perth for a week. Host was very protective and helpful.

We had a lovely 3 day stay. The apartment was spotless and roomy. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and well laid out and the apartment complex was quiet and well maintained. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Really great accommodation and responsive, helpful hosts. I’d definitely try to book again when next in Perth. Only issues were the three sheet system on the bed, lack of some kitchen equipment and coffee machine. It was an inconvenience that the rubbish chute was not in use.

Comfy apartment, great location and amazing views.

Mariam was a wonderful host and was very accommodating to all our requests and questions. The house was clean and had a pleasant scent throughout. It felt cozy and homey, making it easy for us to relax. The place was also very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We found the location to be excellent, with coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was also conveniently close to popular tourist spots, about 20 minutes to Fremantle and just 30 minutes to Perth City by car. The temperature inside the Airbnb was very comfortable, even without using the air conditioning. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay here again the next time we're in Perth.

very clean and sleek interior as the photos represent, great wide view of the sea, close enough to local amenities and easily accessible to the rest of Perth. Laura was a very friendly and helpful host, offering to go the extra mile to supply a non-essential item for the house. She was very prompt in replies and helpful. I would recommend if you were looking for an affordable beachside getaway.

The house is perfectly located in a serene neighbourhood that is right next to the beach, playgrounds and walking distance to food places. Candie was very responsive and thoughtful to our needs. Check-in was seamless as well. My family had a wonderful stay!

Rami's place was as described and pictured. Rami was very responsive when we had trouble finding the apartment at first. The apartment was very walkable to ciao italia and millpoint book caffe. We had an enjoyable time and very good rest. Beds were comfortable and place was really clean and tidy. Thank you for the lovely place to stay. Our family had a great time!

I am the second out of two guests and unfortunately, I have not had the pleasure to meet Fiona in person but my partners word is as good as any so here goes! Let's start with the host: Fiona is lovely. She's friendly and a pleasure to interact with. We hope we were too Fiona. Thank you for everything. The place: Spotless and pristine. Kept so well and has every little thing you could think of, when staying in temporary accommodation. We stayed here 4-some weeks and were left wanting for nothing. Au contraire! The view we had. Uff, now this was the icing on the cake. (Almost) every evening, we had the view of the river and a beautiful (breathtaking) sunset. I'm not one for taking photos of everything but for sunsets like these, I've made the exception. With only our very best wishes, we bid your beautiful family home adieu.

This accommodation was perfect. Smack in the centre of Perth, walkable to all ammenities. The apartment was amazing very clean, everything you could need and the view from the balcony was to die for. The only one thing that was negative is the entry to the apartment. We found the key pad and door lock system to be very termperamental. A physical key entry would make it much easier. Other than that little hiccup we rate this property 10 out of 10. Very much looking forward to staying here again. Thank you Mark :-)

What a great stay. Steven was so easy to communicate with, and nothing was ever a drama. The apartment was so clean and quiet and I would not hesitate to book this room again. 100% would recommend this to family and friends or anyone wanting a nice place to stay in Perth.

Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Kasia’s gorgeous little apartment is the perfect little get away in the city with access to great venues and walking distance to the CBD and sporting venues. The little details like butter in the fridge and a selection of breakfast cereals is a nice little and welcome touch. The very clean, gorgeous smelling unit is perfect for couples or for a small family of 4 like ours. We would certainly stay again and again if needed and available. The only tip for future guests like us with a larger 4WD, the 1.92m limit in the car basement made it a little challenge with only being able to exit via the main entry so keep that in mind. The apartment is located in an ideal spot in Northbridge. Every detail of this apartment has been meticulously crafted. The joy of using the coffee machine each morning was unmatched. Shabi, the host, went above and beyond by offering assistance even up to my check-out, giving me a ride, for which I am very grateful. I am already longing to return to this wonderful place.

We had a lovely time staying at Adams place. Totally deserves its 5 star reviews. Adam was very quick to respond to any query. The apartment is perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy Scarborough in comfort. Close enough to stroll down to the action but tucked away in a nice quiet area.
