Unfortunately, my stay didn’t meet expectations due to the location being different from what was advertised or implied. The listing suggested it was in a specific area, but upon arrival I found it was actually (west) quite far from where I expected to be. I recommend that the host clarify the exact location more accurately in the listing to avoid confusion for future guests. The space itself was clean and matched the photos, and the host was responsive, which I appreciated.

Pros : Location in the middle of jakarta so it's close to everywhere. The shower is really okay with the water pressure. Very clean and well equipped. The view is pretty good because it's on the 30th floor. There are snacks & mineral water, plus a large & cold refrigerator. Every room has air conditioning. The host is very helpful & responsive There are a lot of snack places around. Cons : Jammed on the way to & from work, it's a bit congested, that's normal. Perfect space for 3 adults, if more + suitcases maybe the space is a little less spacious. Check-in/check-out time straight 2pm-11am lol

Wonderful apartment with a good view. Clear instructions made check in easy. Building staff are very friendly. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Kitchen is very well equipped. holding has great amenities including a gym, infinity pool, and laundry service in the basement (turnaround in ~3 hours)

A big thank you to Ria for hosting us! We stayed at her place for a full month while waiting for our Thai DTV visa and ended up extending our booking five times. Ria was always responsive, patiently answered all our questions, and made sure our stay was comfortable. The apartment fully matches the description, though there are a few small things that could be improved. For example, the kitchen sofa was quite dirty (likely from previous guests), but overall, we have no complaints toward the host. The Taman Anggrek complex offers excellent amenities, including a large pool with a kids' area, a playground, and a gym. Our toddler loved it, and the visa waiting period passed by smoothly and enjoyably! I’d recommend this place for families with kids and anyone looking for a convenient long-term stay option.

Very handy location, walking distance to Central Park Mall, a lot of food and great shops. Peace and quiet apartment. It’s not very clean, can’t expect old apartment lle new one but need to do some work inside unit. But otherwise I’m pretty happy stayed for 7 nights, great price. Thank Nello and Angga 👍

Even though it was only for one night, we were very satisfied with the place we stayed in. The image in the photo is very similar to reality. The whole room is very clean and the kitchen equipment is very complete. The pool is also very clean. Definitely, recommended.

New Zealand standard of apartment and you know what I am talking about the 3 S is we all need . Sleep ( comfort bed ) Shower ( hot and high pressure) Shit ( toilet seat ) No question about the comfort over all Swimming pool, play area and the gym! (We all know someone who doesn’t like germ from the outside ) If there such things ten stars then I will give this place ten stars Thanks Jim

Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. It boasts a very high level of accommodation and surroundings even in Jakarta. The swimming pool, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are all very good. A place I'd like to stay again next time.

As a host myself, I would say Mary is doing for her guests above & beyond . Very responsive and take the matters quickly & efficiently when I face some minor issues in the apartment. Walkable to great massages spa & restaurants . Only 25 min from Airport . Will miss this apartment for a while . Highly recommend to any hosts

This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

Great place, clean house, smells good and got PS 5. Complete cooking equipments. Easy check in and located in a very secure neighbourhood.

The house looks exactly like the one in the picture, check in was easy, host was very proactive and quick in responding. The place inside looks modern and minimalist, felt cozy at home. The house is inside a complex and there are lots to do/go/eateries such as orange grooves mall, supermarket, McDonald, subway, and minimart. It's quite a walking distance but very close if driving lol. The complex also has a gum, pool, and basketball court. Our entire family enjoyed our short stay. Thanks.

This was our first time booking an Airbnb in Indonesia after always staying in hotels during our yearly visits and we’re so glad we chose Ilham’s place! It was a wonderful experience, very comfortable and welcoming. Ilham was a great host and made everything easy for us. We’ll definitely come back and stay here again next time!
