This is a house to relax, use as a base for other activities. It is not intended as a place to party.. It is a quiet neighborhood. I expect my guests to respect that. There is a weekend special. Just figured out availability for our cabins this summer! The Big Cabin, located 15 feet from the water’s edge, will easily sleep six. The Little Cabin, 30 yards from the House with a water view and plenty of privacy, is perfect for a couple. Located on a secluded, non-thoroughfare road, it includes access to a private swimming hole and waterfall. Near the Shawangunk climbing mountain and hiking/cycling trails, Accord “downtown” and super chic Inness.

Our beautiful family vacation home is a 1/2 mile to town and sits on a 3 acre parcel with a stunning Mountain View. It is situated amongst the trees, on a private road nestled in the woods. Amazing location 1/4 of a to the Millstream. Sit on our large fenced in deck and listen to the birds, soak in the hot tub, enjoy the outdoor fire place and have a peaceful getaway.

It was our first experience with Airbnb. We were there to tour the World Headquarters for Jehovah’s Witnesses and this proved to be our evening haven. Full recommend. One of the most beautifully appointed Air Bnb's I've stayed at both inside and out. Gorgeous views and serene surroundings. Clean, comfortable and close to food & fun. One note, there is no TV - that is indicated on the amenities list - but you might miss it. So get outside when you're there!

My partner and I were very familiar with the area as we were traveling to go to a memorial and celebrate Easter with the family. We wanted to pick a place that was private and quiet. This fit the bill in spades. We would stay there again. For those who are traveling for hiking and exploration this is an ideal location as there are many state parks nearby. They have everything mapped out and lots of information at your fingertips.

I only wish we could have stayed longer! MC’s house is surrounded by beautiful nature and has no shortage of fun activities - tennis court, hot tub, fire pit, hiking nearby, etc. It was very comfortable and clean. The hosts were welcoming and communicative.

We went to Cooperstown for my hubbys 40th. This home is about a 5 minute drive to downtown Cooperstown and we were really happy for the privacy and comfort of a home. The kitchen had everything we needed and the equipment and utensils etc were is wonderful shape and made cooking feel at home. The home was very comfortable for our family of four which included an infant- she slept well in the provided travel crib which we really appreciated. Dave was very responsive. We recommend this lovely well equipped home for your travel!
